Participation in the annual cluster seminar-sessions for heads of settlements

Deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.I. Ibyatov made a speech at seminars-sessions for heads of settlements with a report on innovations in the legislation on local self-government and questions of maintaining the register of municipal regulatory legal acts.

Also, M.Ibyatov highlighted the questions of differentation of powers between the municipal district and the settlements in its composition, holding local referenda, and interaction with the prosecutor's offices.

Cluster seminars-meetings for heads of settlements on topical questions of local self-government are held from 11th of May  to 31st of May, 2017 in 6 zones of the republic under the auspices of the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Association of the "Council of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan." As of the status on 22nd of May these events were held in Naberezhnye Chelny, Leninogorsky, Mamadyshky, Aksubaevsky and Apastovo zones.
