Results of the meeting of the attestation commission

On 24th of May 2017, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a meeting of the attestation commission for the certification of 2 state civil servants of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan and 6 civil servants of magistrates' offices of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Certification of civil servants aimed at identifying the professional capacity, readiness and ability levels of public civil servant to perform functional duties. In practical terms, the main goal of certification is to determine whether the employee corresponds to this post.

As a result of certification, the attestation commission decided that 7 civil servants correspond to the replaced positions, 1 civil servant corresponds to the holding post of the state civil service and is recommended for inclusion in the personnel reserve for filling the vacant post of state civil service in the order of official growth.

As independent experts at the meeting of the commission took part the veteran of the state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan V.P.Ganchurin, member of the Office of the Tatarstan regional branch of the All-Russian public organization "Association of lawyers of Russia" M.H. Vafin, the chairman of the Public council at the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, professor of thedepartment of constitutional and administrative law of Kazan (Volga) federaluniversity A.G.Gataullin, associate professor of the department of law of theInstitute of economics, management and social technologies of Kazan nationalresearch technological university named by Tupolev - KAI V.A.Gurevich.
