Results of the meeting of the certification commission

On 21st of June 2017 in the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan took place a meeting of the certification commission of magistrates' offices of the Republic of Tatarstan on conducting the qualification examination of 6 civil servants and attestation of 6 civil servants of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The qualification exam is conducted in order to assess the knowledge, skills and abilities (professional level) of a civil servant, on the basis of which the commission decides to pass the exam and recommendations for assigning a class rank of the civil service, or that the civil servant did not pass the qualification exam.

The Certification commission decided that 6 civil servants passed the qualification exam and are recommended for assigning them cool grades according to replaceable posts.

The attestation of state civil servants is directed on identification of professional potential, degree of readiness and levels of ability of a civil servant to perform functional duties. In a practical sense, the main purpose of attestation is to determine if the employee corresponds to the holding post.

According to the results of the voting, 6 of the assessors were recognized by the corresponding replaceable positions of the state civil service.

As independent experts, a veteran of the state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan V.P. Ganchurin, a member of the Office of the Tatarstan Regional Branch of the All-Russian public organization "Association of lawyers of Russia" M.H. Vafin participated in the meeting.
