On February 14, 2018, a training seminar under the leadership of the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan N.V. Ragozina, took place via video conferencing mode for the justices of the peace on the issues of program "Justices of the peace of the Republic of Tatarstan" and the formation of statistical reporting in the judicial districts of the justices of the peace.

The main speaker at the seminar A.A. Shcherbakov, a leading consultant on the implementation of the information technology department of the CROC Inc. The deputy head of the Department of the Judicial Department in the Republic of Tatarstan Y.G. Myagkov, the head of the Information Department of the Judicial Department A.T. The training covered issues related to the functionality of the "Justices of the peace" software package, that automates the process of court records management, identifies problematic issues of statistical reporting and solving them.

Within the framework of organization of training of municipal employees and raising their qualifications, Deputy Minister of Justice Mukharryam Ibyatov held working meetings with representatives of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Higher School of State and Municipal Administration of the Kazan (Privolzhsky) State University.

At the meetings, the organization of training of legal officers of local government bodies on the basis of the Ministry and conducting a three-day training course for the responsible secretaries of municipal commissions for the protection of the rights of minors and protection of their rights on the basis of the Higher School of State and Municipal Administration of the Kazan (Privolzhsky) State University, practical issues of carrying out these activities

On February 12, 2018, a meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Committee on State Construction and Local Self-Government was held, at which parliamentarians considered a number of republican draft laws, including a draft law on amending Article 43 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On Executive Bodies of the State", developed by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan "in terms of clarifying the range of departmental regulatory legal acts subject to the state registration with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic.
