On February 10th, 2020, meeting with representatives of Legal clinics and centers working on the base of higher education organizations on “Legal literacy of peoples as a basis of civil society” was held in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan in the format of round table. Head of the Department of organization of rendering of free legal aid and planning of the Ministry Ilfat Mingalimov took part in the meeting and told about work of the Ministry in organization of rendering of free legal aid and legal education in the Republic.
On January 7th, 2020, Law of the Republic of Tatarstan on December 25th, 2019, Number 106-ЗРТ «Forbidding for sales of non-tobacco nicotine production, electronic systems of nicotine delivering and on changes into separate legislation of the Republic of Tatarstan” came into force.
On February 8th, 2020, employees of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the 38th open All-Russian mass ski race “Russian Skirun – 2020” at the stadium “Lokomotiv” in Judino settlement. It was 2 kilometers race.
On February 7th, 2020, by the leadership of Deputy Minister of Justice Ainur Galimov seminar-meeting with representatives of executive government authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan on “Work in the informational system “Free legal aid” was held.
On February 6th, 2020, by the leadership of the Deputy Minister of Justice Nadezhda Ragozina seminar-meeting by videoconference with employees of Magistrates of the Republic was held on questions of incomes of administration fines management which are imposed by Magistrates for administrative offenses.
On December 27th, 2019, Law of the Republic of Tatarstan on December 27th, 2016, Number 116-ЗРТ «On changes into the Election Code of the Republic of Tatarstan and separate legislation of the Republic of Tatarstan” came into force.
On February 5th, 2020, by the leadership of tje Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Mukharryam Ibyatov meeting by videoconference was held with the participation of representatives of municipal entities and bailiffs on organization of administrative commission and urban districts activity, authorized officials on drawing up protocols on administrative offenses and on response of decisions of administrative commissions.
Today was opening of the memorial plague of the Minister of Justice of the TASSR, to the honored lawyer of the Republic Anas Tazetdinov. Head of the President Office of the Tatarstan Asgat Safarov took part in the solemn event.
