On August 14, 2018 a competition was held to fill the vacant position of the state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan in the apparatus of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.

On August 13, 2018 a competition is announced for inclusion in the personnel reserve of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan for the main and leading group of the state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Details can be found in the subsection "Competition for filling a vacant position" in the section "Personnel policy".

Applications for participation in the competition with the application of the necessary documents are accepted by the secretary of the competitive commission on September 3, 2018 at: Kazan, Kremlevskaya St., house 16, room 109, tel.223-07-87.

The meeting of the competition commission will be held (tentatively) on September 19, 2018.

August 10, 2018 Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.Ibyatov held an exit reception of citizens residing in the Apastovsky municipal district.

During the reception, M.Ibyatov considered citizens' appeals on issues of pension provision for persons who replaced municipal offices and posts of municipal service, collection of alimony, protection of the rights of underage owners in the sale of an apartment, the peculiarities of a fixed-term employment contract, and possible changes in tax legislation. All questions are answered in detail.

Within the framework of the visit, M.Ibyatov held a meeting with the participation of the head of the Executive Committee of the Apastovsky Municipal District, A.Gibadullin, and the responsible officials of the local self-government bodies, which discussed issues of municipal rulemaking, the transfer of state powers, the implementation of legislation on state languages, municipal programs for the development of the municipal service and counteracting corruption, the work of the administrative commission and the commission for de Am minors.

On August 10, 2018, the staff of the department for territorial organization and control in the sphere of local self-government visited the Apastovsky Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan to provide legal assistance to local governments and control over the execution of certain transferred state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Within the framework of the working visit, the activities of officials authorized to draw up protocols on administrative violations and the administrative commission of the district, including interaction with the bailiff service to collect fines imposed, were studied.

The local self-government bodies received the necessary legal assistance in administrative practice matters and explained the procedure for applying the norms of administrative legislation.

 

On August 9, 2018, under the leadership of Deputy Minister N.Ragozina, meetings were held with magistrates and employees of their offices in the Rybno-Sloboda and Laishevsky judicial districts of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The meetings were attended by the head of the organizational and legal support of Justices of the Peace A.Nazarova, the leading specialist of the department for ensuring the activity of the Justices of the Peace K.Martochkina.

During the working meetings, topical and problematic issues of the functioning of the judiciary of peace judges were discussed, in particular, the problem of rational and economical expenditure of budgetary funds for postal services, questions of performing discipline and material and technical support.

August 9, 2018 Acting Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan A.Galimov conducted a video reception of citizens residing in Pestrechinsky municipal district.

During the video reception, questions were raised about the protection of the property rights of minors when they received permission from the guardianship and trusteeship agencies to sell real estate, on the grounds for refusal to issue the said permit, about the peculiarities of termination of the employment contract due to the long-term temporary disability of the citizen.

On all questions citizens are given detailed explanations.

 

On August 8, 2018, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted the opening of the program for the internship of newly-admitted employees of the Magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan "Introduction to the profession."

With a welcoming speech at the opening of the program, Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan N.Ragozin made a speech.

The internship program involves improving the knowledge and professional skills of the employees of the Magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan on judicial records and archival matters, providing methodological assistance to the staff of magistrates' offices, as well as further interaction with the structural units of the ministry in the areas of activity.

In the opening of the internship program, the head of the department for the provision of the activity of Justices of the Peace, A.Vorobyov, the head of the organizational and legal support of Justices of the Peace A.Nazarova, the head of the department of legal informatization and computer systems A.Safin took part in the opening of the internship program.

Lectures were also made by the chiefs and employees of departments responsible for organizational and legal, staffing, use of the Single Interdepartmental System of Electronic Document Management and Anti-Corruption Issues.

 

August 8, 2018 in accordance with the approved schedule, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan left for the Kaibitsky municipal district.

As part of the trip, legal assistance was rendered by the leading consultant of the legal counseling and methodological support department of the local government bodies of the ministry E.Gazizova. Responsible officials of local self-government bodies discussed problematic issues encountered in the course of practical activities, provided advisory assistance, and provided recommendations in order to increase the effectiveness of their work.

The leading Counsellor of the department of normative legal work in the field of local self-government and the management of the municipal register R.Salakhova carried out a check of the execution by the local government bodies of the Kaibitsky municipal district of the state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan to collect information from the settlements entering the municipal district necessary for maintaining the register of municipal normative legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan. During the audit, the responsible persons were provided with the necessary legal and advisory assistance.

On August 7, 2018, under the leadership of Deputy Minister N.Ragozina, meetings were held with magistrates and employees of their offices in the Nizhnekamsk and Zainsky judicial districts of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The meeting was attended by the chairman of the Nizhnekamsk City Court G.Gismetdinov, the head of the department for the operation of magistrates A.Vorobyov, the head of the organizational and legal support of the magistrates A.Nazarova, the head of the department of legal informatization and computer systems A.Safin.

In the course of the working meetings, topical and problematic issues of the functioning of the judiciary of peace judges were discussed, in particular, the problem of rational and economical expenditure of budget funds for postal services, questions of the executive discipline of staff of magistrates, material and personnel.

Gratitude letters from the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan to distinguished employees and certificates of the civil servant of the Republic of Tatarstan to newly appointed employees of the magistrates' offices were presented for achievement of high performance indicators.
