On May 21, 2018, Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan N.V. Ragozina took part in the opening of refresher courses for justices of the peace of the republic.

The training will take place in the Kazan branch of the Federal State Budget Educational Institution of Higher Education "Russian State University of Justice" from May 21 to May 31, 2018.

The classes will be conducted by teachers who have academic degree, as well as acting judges, who have a great experience of practical work.

Based on the results of successful certification, students will receive certificates of completion of refresher courses.

On May 17-18, 2018, Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan N.V. Ragozina and Head of the Activity Assurance Department of Justice of the Peace Anton Vorobyov took part in the interregional seminar-meeting on the topic: "The historical role of the Justices of the Peace in modern Russia. 150 years of the judicial system of the Stavropol Territory ", organized by the Stavropol Regional Court in conjunction with the Government of the Stavropol Territory, the Office for the operation of magistrates of the Stavropol Territory and the judicial community of the region.

The event was attended by Governor of Stavropol Territory V.V. Vladimirov, Chairman of the Duma of Stavropol Territory G.V. Yakubov, Chief Federal Inspector for the Stavropol Territory of the Office of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the North Caucasus Federal District S.D. Ushakov, Chairman of the Stavropol Territorial Court E.B. Kuzin, the head of the Department for Activity Assurance of Justices of the Peace of the Stavropol Territory Y.N. Svetashov and representatives of other constituent entities of the Russian Federation engaged activity assurance of justices of the peace.

Within the framework of the seminar-conference, Nadezhda Ragozina made a presentation on the topic: "Organizational, material and technical, information, personnel and financial support for the activities of the Justices of the Peace of the Republic of Tatarstan". The participants of the meeting exchanged their experience in ensuring the activities of magistrates in the material, technical, legal and information fields.

At the end of the event, the guests were given an informative tour of the halls of the museum-exhibition complex "Russia - My History".

During the work meeting, the delegation visited the building of the judicial districts of the magistrates of the Shpakovo judicial district of the Stavropol Territory and assessed the conditions for the administration of justice by the magistrates.

On May 20, 2018, in the capital of Tatarstan on the Millennium Square, the largest running start of the Tatarstan sports calendar Kazan Marathon-2018 took place.

This year about 10 thousand people from 28 countries of the world came to participate in the Kazan Marathon, they were able to overcome 4 distances to choose from: 3 km, 10 km, 21.1 km and 42.2 km.

The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the general producer of the sports TV channel "Match-TV" Tina Kandelaki, as well as the heads of the ministries and departments of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the mass race.

The Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustem Zagidullin, and the leading specialist of the Activity Assurance Department of Justice of the Peace Tatyana Sviridova, supported the action by taking part in the 10 km race.

In a separate race took part wheelchair athletes, who in less than an hour covered a distance of 21.1 km.

As part of the social program AK BARS Bank Kazan Marathon-2018 traditionally attracted the attention of the partnership project with the House of Ronald McDonald, which for the third consecutive year formed team to participate in the race. All funds raised from the application fees, and this time a symbolic check amounted to 1 million 300 thousand rubles, go to support the free family hotel "Ronald McDonald's House" in Kazan at the Children's Republican Clinical Hospital of the Republic of Tatarstan.

On May 17, 2018, Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.I. Zagidullin held a work meeting with the CEO of JSC "Codex" S.G. Tihomirov and Director of the Office for the creation of information products N.N. Hohlova, to participate in the work of the St. Petersburg International Legal Forum.

During the meeting, the issues of providing services, quality of services, as well as problems arising in the receipt of services and ways to solve them were discussed.

From May 15 to May 16, 2018, the traineeship of municipal employees of legal services from Alkei, Elabuga, Kaibitsky, Mamadysh and Chistopol municipal districts was held in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Heads of structural units of the Ministry - curators in the areas of the internship program conducted practical classes on the topics:

- Legal and organizational bases for carrying out anti-corruption expertise of municipal normative legal acts and drafts of municipal normative legal acts;

- The implementation by municipalities of the transferred state powers;

- Change of borders of municipalities and formation of settlements;

- Legal protection of the rights and legitimate interests of municipalities;

- The municipal register of municipal normative legal acts;

- Legal issues of personnel work in local government.

At the end of the program a round table was held with discussion of problem issues and exchange of experience.

Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M. Ibyatov, Deputy Director of the High School of State and Municipal Management of the KFU N.A. Aksenova, Head of Educational Programs of the High School of State and Municipal Management of the KFU G.A. Habibullina.

Upon completion of the internship, municipal employees received certificates of a standard pattern.

On May 16, 2018, the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a meeting of the Committee for State Construction and Local Self-Government for the chairmanship of Committee Chairman A.G. Habibullin. The meeting was attended by: Deputy Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan R.A. Ratnikov, representatives of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Association of the Council of Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Rosreestr in the Republic of Tatarstan.

Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M. Ibyatov took part in the discussion of the implementation of the legislation on local self-government regarding the organization of funeral services, transfer of land plots for the cemetery.

On May 15, 2018, in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan a meeting of the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee for Legal Affairs was held. The Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.I. Zagidullin was in session.

The following draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan were approved at the meeting of the Expert Council:

«On Amending Article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan» On the Consumer Basket in the Republic of Tatarstan»;

«On changing the boundaries of the territories of certain municipal entities and introducing amendments to the laws of the Republic of Tatarstan»

 «On the boundaries of the territory and the status of the municipal entity of the city of Kazan» and «On the establishment of the boundaries of the territories and the status of the municipal entity «Pestrechinsky municipal district» and the municipal formations in its composition»;

«On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan «On Empowering Local Authorities in the Republic of Tatarstan with Powers for State Registration of Civil Status Acts».

On May 15, 2018, in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan a meeting of the attestation commission of the apparatus of justices of the Republic of Tatarstan for the qualification examination of 4 civil servants and attestation of 6 civil servants of the Republic of Tatarstan was held.

The qualification exam is conducted to assess the knowledge, skills and abilities (professional level) of a civil servant, following which the commission decides to take an examination and assign a class rank of the civil service, or that a civil servant has not passed the qualification exam.

The Certification Commission decided that 4 civil servants passed the qualification exam and were recommended to assign them class positions in accordance with the replaced positions.

Certification of public civil servants is aimed at identifying the professional potential, the degree of readiness and the levels of the ability of a civil servant to perform functional duties. In a practical sense, the main goal of attestation is to determine whether the employee corresponds to the position held.

According to the results of the voting, 4 commissioners were recognized by the decision of the commission as corresponding to the replaced positions of the state civil service, 1 attested - to the corresponding replaceable position of the state civil service and recommended to be included in the personnel reserve for filling the vacant civil service position in the order of official growth, 1 certified - State civil service provided that additional vocational education is received.

Veteran of the state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan V.P. Ganchurin, member of the Apparatus of the Tatarstan Regional Branch of the All-Russian Public Organization "Association of Lawyers of Russia" M.H. Vafin, a professor of the Department of Constitutional and Administrative Law of the Kazan (Privolzhsky) Federal University A.G. Gataullin, Associate Professor of the Department of Law, Institute of Economics, Management and Social Technologies of the Kazan National Research Institute Technical University named after Tupolev - KAI V.A. Gurevich.

On May 15, 2018, Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.I. Zagidullin took part in the meeting of the Coordination Council for the Office of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Tatarstan, where he made a report on the current issues of conducting anti-corruption expertise of regulatory legal acts and their projects, including independent anti-corruption expertise.

During the speech, the Minister announced the results of the anti-corruption expertise of normative legal acts and draft normative legal acts on the results of work for 2017 and the first quarter of this year, drew attention to the need to improve the quality of anti-corruption expertise, the activity of independent experts, the involvement of a wider number of citizens and organizations in the process conducting independent anti-corruption expertise.

On May 12, 2018, First Deputy Minister A.G. Galimov and employees of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan took an active part in the Day of Forest Harvesting organized within the framework of the "Tatarstan's Clean Forests" environmental campaign.

The ministry employees supported the traditional action organized by the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan and contributed to the improvement of the sanitary and ecological situation in the forests of Tatarstan. From the debris the territory of the forest fund of the Stolbischensky district forestry of the state official institution "Prigorodnoye Lesnichestvo" was cleared.
