August 9, 2018 Acting Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan A.Galimov conducted a video reception of citizens residing in Pestrechinsky municipal district.
During the video reception, questions were raised about the protection of the property rights of minors when they received permission from the guardianship and trusteeship agencies to sell real estate, on the grounds for refusal to issue the said permit, about the peculiarities of termination of the employment contract due to the long-term temporary disability of the citizen.
On all questions citizens are given detailed explanations.
On August 8, 2018, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted the opening of the program for the internship of newly-admitted employees of the Magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan "Introduction to the profession."
With a welcoming speech at the opening of the program, Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan N.Ragozin made a speech.
The internship program involves improving the knowledge and professional skills of the employees of the Magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan on judicial records and archival matters, providing methodological assistance to the staff of magistrates' offices, as well as further interaction with the structural units of the ministry in the areas of activity.
In the opening of the internship program, the head of the department for the provision of the activity of Justices of the Peace, A.Vorobyov, the head of the organizational and legal support of Justices of the Peace A.Nazarova, the head of the department of legal informatization and computer systems A.Safin took part in the opening of the internship program.
Lectures were also made by the chiefs and employees of departments responsible for organizational and legal, staffing, use of the Single Interdepartmental System of Electronic Document Management and Anti-Corruption Issues.
August 8, 2018 in accordance with the approved schedule, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan left for the Kaibitsky municipal district.
As part of the trip, legal assistance was rendered by the leading consultant of the legal counseling and methodological support department of the local government bodies of the ministry E.Gazizova. Responsible officials of local self-government bodies discussed problematic issues encountered in the course of practical activities, provided advisory assistance, and provided recommendations in order to increase the effectiveness of their work.
The leading Counsellor of the department of normative legal work in the field of local self-government and the management of the municipal register R.Salakhova carried out a check of the execution by the local government bodies of the Kaibitsky municipal district of the state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan to collect information from the settlements entering the municipal district necessary for maintaining the register of municipal normative legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan. During the audit, the responsible persons were provided with the necessary legal and advisory assistance.
On August 7, 2018, under the leadership of Deputy Minister N.Ragozina, meetings were held with magistrates and employees of their offices in the Nizhnekamsk and Zainsky judicial districts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The meeting was attended by the chairman of the Nizhnekamsk City Court G.Gismetdinov, the head of the department for the operation of magistrates A.Vorobyov, the head of the organizational and legal support of the magistrates A.Nazarova, the head of the department of legal informatization and computer systems A.Safin.
In the course of the working meetings, topical and problematic issues of the functioning of the judiciary of peace judges were discussed, in particular, the problem of rational and economical expenditure of budget funds for postal services, questions of the executive discipline of staff of magistrates, material and personnel.
Gratitude letters from the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan to distinguished employees and certificates of the civil servant of the Republic of Tatarstan to newly appointed employees of the magistrates' offices were presented for achievement of high performance indicators.
On August 7, 2018, under the leadership of Deputy Minister of Justice M.Ibyatov, a meeting was held on the issue of interaction between the administrative commission of Kazan and the bailiffs' service on the execution of decisions on the imposition of administrative punishment.
The meeting was attended by E.Labashova, Deputy Head of the Office of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, A.Mukhametshin, Head of the Administration of the Administrative Commissions of the Executive Committee of the Kazan city, and heads of the structural units responsible for the said direction.
The work of interdepartmental electronic interaction between administrative commissions and bailiffs and on improving the software of the electronic interaction system was discussed, as well as the procedure for reconciling the amounts of unaccounted fines.
August 4, 2018 in Kazan, a series of competitions for the triathlon IRONSTAR KAZAN 2018 TIMERMAN CUP.
The leading specialist of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan T.Sviridova took part in the individual race among 300 sportsmen at the Sprint (0.75 km swimming, 20 km bicycle race, and 5 km run). The start to the swimming stage was given in the water area of the Kazanka river, the cycle route followed the main streets of Kazan and the competitions ended in a running stage along the Kremlin embankment.
Tatyana Sviridova took second place in her age category, in the overall standings among women 14. Prizes and memorable gifts were presented by IRONSTAR General Director Andrei Kavun and Tatarstan's Minister of Sports Vladimir Leonov.
The Office of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation holds the International Youth Competition of Social Anticorruption Advertising on the theme "Together Against Corruption!"
The co-organizers of the competition are the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Armenia, the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Belarus, the General Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service and Anti-Corruption Affairs, the Agency for State Financial Control and the Fight against Corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Amendments have been made to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the State Civil Service of the Republic of Tatarstan" and the Code of the Republic of Tatarstan on municipal service.
On July 25, 2018, the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 50-ZRT of July 13, 2018 "On Amending Article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On the State Civil Service of the Republic of Tatarstan "and the Code of the Republic of Tatarstan on Municipal Service came into force" (hereinafter - the Law) .
The Law reduces the requirements for length of service required to replace the posts of the municipal service.
The new version sets forth article 34.1. Of the Code of the Republic of Tatarstan on municipal service, which regulates the training of personnel for the municipal service on a contractual basis. The procedure for the formation and work of the commission for holding tenders for the conclusion of contracts on targeted training has been clarified, criteria for assessing and selecting candidates for contracting have been established.
The adoption of the Law requires amendments to the municipal legal acts governing the passage of municipal service and to job descriptions of municipal employees.
The Law was published on the Official Portal of Legal Information of the Republic of Tatarstan on July 14, 2018.
July 31, 2018 in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan a working meeting was held on the use of the analytical information system "Kodeks" by executive bodies of the government and local authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan for the first half of 2018.
The meeting was attended by A.Galimov, First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, M.Ibyatov, Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, A.Yarullin, representative of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, representatives of “Kodeks” JSC - Project Manager, “Analyst of Regional Legislation” A.Starobinets and director of the Office for the creation of information products of N. Khokhlov, as well as heads of structural units of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan engaged in norm-setting activities.
During the meeting, the issues of providing the services of the analytical information system, their quality, problems arising in the receipt of services, and ways to solve them were discussed.
Representatives of JSC "Kodeks" submitted proposals and remarks of representatives of legal services of executive bodies of state power and bodies of local self-government of the Republic of Tatarstan for consideration in the work on improving this system.
The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan announces a competition for the title "Best in the profession" with a view to implementing an effective personnel policy and raising the professional level of local government officials responsible for discharging certain state powers transferred by the Republic of Tatarstan.
The competition is held in 2 nominations:
"The best executive secretary of the administrative commission";
"The best person in charge of collecting information from the settlements necessary for running the municipal register."
The order of organization and conditions of the contest, as defined in the Regulations on it, is placed in the section "The Best in Profession" among the persons responsible for the execution of the transferred separate state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan under the heading "Local self-government".
Documents for participation in the Contest are accepted within 30 days from the date of placement of the advertisement.
