On April 19, 2018, the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting on the implementation of local self-government bodies transferred to them some state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The event, via videoconference, was attended by chairmen and Executive secretaries of the administrative commissions of municipal districts and urban districts, officials authorized to draw up protocols on administrative violations, heads of public order protection points, as well as responsible persons for collecting information from the settlements included in the municipal district necessary for maintaining the register of municipal regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan.

At the meeting: the results of the activities of local governments for the 1st quarter of 2018 were announced; problematic issues on the organization of the work of responsible persons in these areas were discussed

On April 19, 2018, the head of Sector of Free legal aid of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexander Lokhotsky took part in a videoconference meeting devoted to the implementation of legislation in the field of free legal aid, with the participation of employees of territorial bodies of the Ministry of justice of the Russian Federation, members of the Central Federal district and the Volga Federal district, representatives of the legal community and other interested persons.

The meeting discussed the application of Federal legislation on free legal aid in the Russian Federation: development trends, existing problems and ways to solve them, the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens by public authorities, as well as legal education of the population

On April 19 in the small hall of the state Council of the Republic of Tatarstan was held an open Day for representatives of specialized commissions of representative bodies of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event was organized by the Committee of the state Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on the rule of law.

The main theme of the open Day was issues related to the legality of municipal legal acts and anti-corruption expertise of draft municipal legal acts, the implementation of legislation on the participation of citizens in the protection of public order and the organization of public order in the Republic of Tatarstan.

For this event were made by the representatives of the Prosecutor's office of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan.

The Deputy Minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, M.M. Ibyatov spoke at the event with information on the topic: "analysis of the practice of carrying out of anticorruption examination of projects of municipal legal acts".

On April 18, 2018, Deputy Minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M. Ibyatov held an exit reception of citizens living in Bugulminsky municipal district.

During the reception, M.M. Ibyatov considered the complaints of citizens on issues of appeal against court decisions on setting the amount of alimony, the enforcement of labor laws and others.

Within the framework of the visit, a meeting was held with the participation of the Deputy head of the district F.V. Mukhametov and responsible officials of local self-government bodies of the district, where the implementation of the municipal program for the development of the municipal service, the work of the administrative Commission and the Commission on juvenile Affairs, the development, adoption and publication of municipal normative legal acts, the anti-corruption expertise of these acts and their projects, the maintenance of the municipal register were discussed.

On April 17, 2018, under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan N.V. Ragozina has held meeting with employees of justices of the peace in the Verkhny Uslon, Zelenodolsk, Kaybitsky, Kamsko-Ustyinsky judicial districts of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Head of Activity Assurance Department of Justice of the Peace, A.V. Vorobyov, head of the Department of organizational and legal support of Justices of the Peace A.V. Nazarova, Chairman of the Zelenodolsky city court A.A. Nikolaev, and Justices of the Peace took part in the meeting.

Within the framework of the meetings, topical issues of optimization of costs for postal items, the possibility and necessary use of a Single interdepartmental system of electronic document circulation, timely posting of texts of judicial acts on the official websites of Justices of the Peace, issues of judicial statistics, the need to comply with the code of ethics by employees of Justices of the Peace offices, issues of material and technical support for the activities of Justices of the Peace, as well as compliance with security requirements

On April 16, 2018 an employee of the Department of legal consulting and methodological support of local authorities of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan E.G. Gazizova made a trip to Chistopol municipal district in order to provide legal assistance to local governments.

During the trip with the responsible persons of local governments discussed problematic issues arising in the process of protecting the rights of local governments in the judiciary, given practical and methodological recommendations

On April 13, 2018 in the state Council of the Republic of Tatarstan under the leadership of the Deputy Chairman of the Committee of the state Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on ecology, nature management, agro industrial and food policy R.R. Gaizatullin took place a work meeting on the preparation of normative documents on the transfer of authority to pay subsidies for personal subsidiary plot on the level of rural settlements with the placement of funds in the budgets of areas, in the form of subventions since 2019, in which the Deputy Minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M. Ibyatov took part

On 11 and 12 April 2018, under the chairmanship of the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, N.V. Ragozina, negotiations were held with the staff of the Justices of the Peace offices in Aznakaevsky, Almetyevsky, Bavlinsky, Bugulminsky, Leninogorsk and Yutazinsky judicial districts of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The meetings were attended by the head of the Activity Assurance Department of Justice of the Peace A. Vorobyov, the head of the Department of organizational and legal support of Justices of the Peace A. Nazarova, the chairmen of the district (city) courts, the Justices of the Peace of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Within the framework of the meetings, topical issues of optimizing the costs for mailings, the active use of the Single Interdepartmental Electronic Document Management System, the logistics of the Justices of the Peace activities, the introduction of digital IP telephony, as well as the compliance with security requirements in judicial areas were discussed.

For achievement of high indicators in office activity N.V. Ragozina handed over letters of thanks of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan to the most distinguished employees and the certificate of the state civil servant of the Republic of Tatarstan newly appointed employees of the justices of the peace

On April 12, 2018, a work meeting was held at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan by the leadership of Aynur Galimov, First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, on measures to prevent and resolve conflicts of interests in organizations subordinate to state authorities and local self-government.

Ibyatov, Deputy Head of the Department of Anti-Corruption Monitoring of the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on Anti-Corruption Policy I.N. Gushchin, Head of the Organizational Department of the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on Anti-Corruption Policy A.Y. Pankratov, the Public Prosecutor of the Department for Supervision over the Execution of Anti-Corruption Legislation of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan A.M. Sagitzyanov, head of the legal department of the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan R.G. Minugulov, chief specialist of the legal department of the Association of the Council of Municipal Entities of the Republic of Tatarstan A.V. Ahmetvaleeva.

As a result of the discussion, a decision was adopted on the need to finalize the drafts and recommendations drafted by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Association of the Council of Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, which provide for measures to prevent and resolve conflicts of interests in the Republic of Tatarstan organizations, the founders of which are bodies of state power and local self-government, taking into account the proposals of the meeting participants

On April 11, 2018, Aynur Galimov, First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in the hour-long enlightenment legal program of the Nokta ("Point") radio station "Bolgar Radio". During the airtime, 9 citizens received explanations on the legal issues of interest to them in the sphere of social protection, housing legislation and pensions.

Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan carried out  provision of free legal aid to the population, including the functioning of the hotline phone for free legal aid, the interactive map of the Republic of Tatarstan "Geoportal" and the interaction of the ministry with the lawyer community was also brought to the listeners of the air
