On April 11, 2018, in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan under the leadership of Deputy Minister M.M. Ibyatov was held a meeting on the results of analytical automated information system "Analyst of regional legislation" of the Codex consortium.
The meeting was attended by the head of the Department for Supervision of Legislative Acts of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, A.R. Valiakhmetov, Deputy Director of the Information Systems Production Department of the Joint Stock Information Company "Codex" V.V. Reshetov (St. Petersburg), representatives of the executive bodies of state power of the republic, as well as in the video conferencing mode, employees of local government bodies of municipalities responsible for the activity of municipalities.
A review of the results of the work with the information system, R.U. Garipov and E.I. Slepneva - heads of the ministry departments, responsible for solving the issues of ensuring the implementation and operation of the software product in the system of state authorities and local self-government bodies of the republic.
Statistical data showing a close relationship between the quality of norm-setting work and the active use of the Codex system was indicated by the representative of the prosecutor's office of the republic. The possibilities of additional services of the "Codex" system, which until now have not been actively used by employees of ministries and municipalities, were informed by the representative of the company providing the services in question.
During the meeting, the chairperson drew attention to use the full load of the workstations provided by Codex and the importance of automating the stages of the norm-setting process with the dynamically growing volume of the normative base of acts of the federal and regional levels regularly amended.
At the end of the meeting, users of the information system, who showed a passive attitude to the opportunities to improve the quality of the acts developed by them, were encouraged to send the issued acts and their projects to legal analysis more actively, and to use the results of monitoring performed by the system in an automated mode, in order to eliminate in the legal acts detected inconsistencies legislation.
On April 10, 2018 in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan a meeting with participants of the internship "HR-workshop" was held, organized for employees of personnel services of government bodies and local authorities of the Russian Federation (Sverdlovsk, Kostroma, Tomsk regions).
The guests were met by the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M. Ibyatov. During the meeting and a guide tour of the building of the Ministry, participants got an idea of the structure of the state body, its main functions and tasks.
The director of GMC Consulting G.Y. Mashtakova presented the pilot project "The system of assessment of key performance indicators of state civil servants of the Republic of Tatarstan". The assessment system allows to determine quarterly the efficiency of civil servants' activities and to establish incentive payments in accordance with the key indicators achieved.

On April 10, 2018 in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan a meeting of the attestation commission of the apparatuses of justices of the Republic of Tatarstan for the compliance of the replaced position of the state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan took place.
Certification of public civil servants is aimed at identifying the professional potential, the degree of readiness and the levels of the ability of a civil servant to perform functional duties. In a practical sense, the main goal of attestation is to determine whether the employee corresponds to the position held.
According to the results of the vote, 6 of the assessors were recognized by the decision of the commission as corresponding to the replaced positions of the state civil service, 2 attestees - corresponding replacement positions and are recommended to be included in the personnel reserve to fill the vacant civil service position in the order of official growth.
As independent experts, the meeting of the commission was attended by a veteran of the state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan V.P. Ganchurin, a member of the Council of Staff of the Tatarstan Regional Branch of the All-Russian Public Organization "Association of Lawyers of Russia" M.Kh. Vafin, Associate Professor of the Department of Law, Institute of Economics, Management and Social Technologies of the Kazan National Research Technical University named after Tupolev - KAI V.A. Gurevich.
On April 5, 2018, a working meeting was held in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan under the leadership of A.G. Galimov, First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, on measures to prevent and resolve conflicts of interests in organizations subordinate to executive bodies and local self-government bodies. The meeting was attended by Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M. Ibyatov, Deputy Executive Secretary - Head of the Legal Department of the Association "Council of Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan" S.N. Stolyarov, Head of the Labor Relations Regulation Department of the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan I.M. Sergeeva.
As a result of the meeting, a decision was adopted on the need to develop draft recommendations on the adoption of legal documents that provide for measures to prevent and resolve conflicts of interest in organizations founded by executive bodies and local self-government bodies
On April 6, 2018 in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan a meeting of the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee for Legal Affairs was held. The following draft laws were discussed at the meeting:
the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On the Register of Municipal Regulatory Legal Acts of the Republic of Tatarstan ";
the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On Amendments to Article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On the Establishment of a Tax Rate for the Profit Tax of Organizations for Resident Organizations of a Special Economic Zone of the Industrial and Production Type Established in the Elabuzhsky District of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Special Economic Zone of the Techno- innovative type "Innopolis", established in the territories of Verkhneuslonsky and Laishevsky municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan ";

On April 3, 2018, under the chairmanship of the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, Nadezhda Ragozina, meetings were held with the staff of magistrates' offices in Apastovsky, Buinsky, Drozhzhanovsky and Tetyushsky judicial districts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The meetings were attended by Anton Vorobyov, head of the Activity Assurance Department of Justice of the Peace and Adelya Nazarova, head of the Department of organizational and legal support of Justices of the Peace.
Within the framework of the meetings, topical issues of active use of the Single Interdepartmental System for Electronic Document Management, Optimization of Postal Expenses, Logistics Support of Magistrates, Implementation of Digital IP Telephony, and Compliance with Security Requirements in Judicial Sections were discussed
Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Zagidullin gave an interview to a correspondent of the IA "Tatar-inform", in which the results of the ministry's work in 2017 and tasks facing the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan in the current year were announced. Rustem Zagidullin also spoke about video reception of citizens, free legal aid, and anti-corruption activities of the ministry.

On April 3, 2018, a working meeting was held in the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of the Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Ecology, Nature Management, Agro-Industrial and Food Policy on the transfer of state powers to local self-government bodies in terms of paying subsidies to citizens conducting personal subsidiary plots, participation Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M. Ibyatov.
Following the meeting, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan was instructed to prepare a concept for the relevant draft law
On March 31 and April 1, 2018 on the territory of the International equestrian complex "Kazan" held a paintball tournament for the Kremlin Cup of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Participation in the tournament was attended by more than 100 people from 22 ministries and departments of the Republic of Tatarstan, which were divided into 5 groups of 4-5 teams each.
