A meeting with participants of the internship "HR-workshop" was held

On April 10, 2018 in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan a meeting with participants of the internship "HR-workshop" was held, organized for employees of personnel services of government bodies and local authorities of the Russian Federation (Sverdlovsk, Kostroma, Tomsk regions).

The guests were met by the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M. Ibyatov. During the meeting and a guide tour of the building of the Ministry, participants got an idea of the structure of the state body, its main functions and tasks.

The director of GMC Consulting G.Y. Mashtakova presented the pilot project "The system of assessment of key performance indicators of state civil servants of the Republic of Tatarstan". The assessment system allows to determine quarterly the efficiency of civil servants' activities and to establish incentive payments in accordance with the key indicators achieved.

The meeting was also attended by Deputy Head of the Department for Public Service and Personnel of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan - Head of the Division of Public Service Development - R.G. Miftahova, Expert specialist of the Department for Public Service and Personnel of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Division of Public Service Development - A.D. Cheremushkin, Deputy Head of the Staff department and government service of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan - Nursiya Tarasova, Leading Consultant of the Department of information and analytical work, coordination and planning of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilfat Mingalimov.
