On May 7, 2018, in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, contests were held for inclusion in the personnel reserve for the main and leading groups of positions in the apparatus of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.
12 contenders participated in the competitions.
The Bid Evaluation Committee decided to include in the personnel reserve of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan the positions assigned to the main group of posts:

for posts assigned to the leading group of posts:

As independent experts at the meeting of the commission took part the adviser of the chairman of the Tatarstan regional branch of the All-Russian public organization "Association of Lawyers of Russia" M.H. Vafin, the veteran of the state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan V.P. Ganchurin, the chairman of the Public Council at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chair of Constitutional and Administrative Law of the Kazan (Privolzhsky) Federal University A.G. Gataullin.
On May 5, 2018, in the city of Nizhnekamsk, on the basis of the sports complex Batyr, a table tennis tournament among the courts of the Republic of Tatarstan was held. The team of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan in the tournament was represented by the head of the department of legal Informatization and computer systems Safin Adel Gabbasovich, the head of the Activity Assurance Department of Justice of the Peace Vorobiev Anton Valerievich and the leading specialist of the Activity Assurance Department of Justice of the Peace Sviridova Tatyana Stanislavovna. The competition was attended by judges and employees of city courts, arbitration and justices of the peace – altogether 15 teams. As a result of the competitions, the Ministry team took the 8th place. The team of the Nizhnekamsk City Court became the winner in the team championship.
On May 5, 2018, employees of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan traditionally supported the nature protection action "Forest planting day" organized by the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan.
17 employees of the Ministry under the leadership of the Minister R.I. Zagidullin took part in the laying of a memorable landing in the forest fund of the Matyushinsky forest district of the State public institution "Prigorodnoye Lesnichestvo".
All present contributed to the multiplication of forest wealth by planting young seedlings of coniferous trees.
The action is carried out with the aim of cultivating a careful attitude to one of the country's main riches - the Russian forest, raising the prestige of the forestry profession, attracting public attention to the problems of conservation, reproduction and augmentation of forest resources.
On April 26 and May 3, 2018, contests were held to fill vacant positions of the state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan in the apparatus of justices of the peace of the Republic of Tatarstan.

On April 27, 2018, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a jury session chaired by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.I. Zagidullin on summarizing the competition for the best drawing on the theme "They fought for their Motherland" and the readers' contest on "We swear to remember!" among the children of employees of the Ministry's apparatuses and justices of the peace.
The competitions are organized within the framework of the implementation of the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan of 10.04.2018 No. 809-p and the plan of measures of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan for the preparation and holding of events to celebrate the 73rd anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
The purpose of the competitions is to educate the younger generation a sense of pride in the heroism of the Soviet people during the Great Patriotic War, the maintenance of interest in the history of the Fatherland and its role in the world historical process, as well as the disclosure of the creative abilities of children.
Following the meeting of the commission for the contest for the best drawing in the age category up to 8 years, the seats were distributed as follows:
1st place – Salikhova Safia Fenisovna, 7 years old,
2nd place was shared – Kochergin Yaroslav Ruslanovich, 6 years old, Shigabieva Elina Ildarovna, 8 years old, Muffaharova Rania Runarovna, 5 years old,
3rd place – Vorobyov Vitaly Antonovich, 6 years old,
in the age category from 9 to 13 years:
1st place - Salikhov Samir Fenisovich, 10 years old,
2nd place - Tyutikova Elizaveta Viktorovna, 9 years old,
3rd place - Kalinina Milena Ayratovna, 9 years old,
in the age category from 14 to 17 years:
1st place – Gatiyatullina Adilya Rafisovna, 14 years old.
As a result of the performance of young readers in the category of up to 10 years, the seats were distributed as follows:

2nd place - Minapov Karim Fagimovich, 6 years old,
3rd place - Valieva Gulnaz Khasanovna, 8 years old,
in the age category from 10 to 17 years:

2nd place - Klyapysheva Daria Sergeevna, 10 years old,
3rd place - Vakhitov Aizat Azatovich, 14 years old.
Participants who won prizes were awarded diplomas and valuable gifts.
All participants received gratitude and commemorative prizes from the Tatarstan Republican Committee of the Trade Union of Workers of State Institutions and Public Services of the Russian Federation for their active participation in the contest, expressing their civil attitude of respect for veterans of the Great Patriotic War and love for the Motherland.
In total 50 children took part in competitions.
On the eve of the celebration of the 73rd anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945, within the framework of the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On Providing Free Legal Aid to Citizens in the Republic of Tatarstan" on April 27, 2018, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan organized free legal assistance to veterans of the Great Patriotic War, combatants and members of their families.
The event was attended by representatives of branch of the Pension Fund of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan, Department of Federal tax service of the Republic of Tatarstan, Directorate of the Federal service for state registration, cadaster and cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan, Fund of social insurance, Ministry of labor and social protection of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of health of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of labor, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, The Ministry of land and property relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of construction, architecture and housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan, State housing inspection of the Republic of Tatarstan, "Committee of land and property relations of Kazan", "Department of housing policy of Kazan", as well as lawyers and notaries.
Most of issues concerned land and housing legislation, social and pension provision. All applicants received free legal assistance in the form of legal advice in oral and written form, as well as drafting legal documents.
On April 27, 2018, in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, for the chairmanship of the head of work group № 5 of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, R.K. Khusnullin, a meeting of the work group on attracting federal budget funds to the economy of the Republic of Tatarstan was held.
During the meeting the members of the work group discussed the issue of the development of funds allocated within the federal target program "Development of the Penitentiary System (2017-2025)" approved by the Russian Government Resolution April 6, 2018 № 420.
As a result of the meeting, the members of the work group and the invited were instructed to clarify the declared and approved funds from the federal budget to the economy of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2018, and also for 2019-2021.
On April 26, 2018, under the chairmanship of the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, M.M. Ibyatov, a video reception of employees of local self-government bodies on the topic "Practical issues of preparation and conduct of court cases" was held.
Questions municipal officials answered the judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M. Safina, head of the legal Department of the Ministry of land and property relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Z.Z. Galyautdinov, head of cadastral relations of the Ministry of land and property relations of the Republic of Tatarstan T.R. Habibullin, the Deputy chief of Department of implementation of programs of capital repair of Ministry of construction, architecture and housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan S.Y. Faizetdinov, senior Advisor of the legal Department of the Ministry of construction, architecture and housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan O.A. Sazonova, chief specialist of the Department of Advisory and methodological assistance to local authorities, Association "Council of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan" A.V. Akhmetvalieva, senior consultant of Department of legal consulting and methodological support of local authorities of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan A.N. Khanenya.
Detailed explanations, practical and methodical recommendations are given on the questions.

On April 20, 2018, the joint exercises of the Federal bailiff service of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of civil defense and emergency situations of the Republic of Tatarstan were held in the building of the judicial districts of the Republic of Tatarstan with the participation of the Chairman of the court, justices of the pace, judges of the district court and their employees, actions of a conditional fire were practiced in the event.
The training was attended by Deputy Minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Nadezhda Ragozina, Deputy Head of the Judicial Department in the Republic of Tatarstan Y.G. Myagkov, Deputy head of the Federal bailiff service in the Republic of Tatarstan – Deputy chief bailiff of the Republic of Tatarstan A.V. Mikhailov, head of the fire and rescue unit 129 FGKU "7 squad Federal Fire Service in the Republic of Tatarstan" I.G. Zakirov.
During the exercise, the situation of fire in the courthouse was worked out. The well-coordinated work of all the services allowed the operative blocking of the fire and evacuation of people.
Such exercises allow determining the degree of readiness to eliminate possible fires, emergency situations, and demonstrate the level of interaction, efficiency, equipment and preparedness of the unit's employees.
The Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Nadezhda Ragozina held a meeting with the staff of the judges of the peace in the Sabinsky judicial district. Within the framework of the meeting, issues of optimization of expenses for mailings, the possibilities and necessity of using the Unified interdepartmental system of electronic document circulation, the issues of conducting judicial statistics, the need to observe the code of ethics by the staff of justices of the peace, the logistics of the justices of the peace, and the security requirements for court sites.
On April 19, 2018, employees of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan carried out a visit to Muslyumovsky municipal district.
Within departure the leading adviser of Department of legal consulting and methodical support of local governments Aleksandr Khanenya provided legal assistance on the introduction of amendments and additions to the statutes of municipalities of the district, the protection of the interests of local governments in the courts. With responsible officials discussed problematic issues encountered in the course of practical activities, provided advice, recommendations to improve the effectiveness of their work.
Leading Counsellor of the Department of legal work in local government and management of the municipal register Elmira Mardanova carried out an inspection of the execution by the local self-government bodies of the Muslyumovsky municipal district of the state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan to collect information from the settlements included in the municipal district necessary for maintaining the register of municipal regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Leading Specialist of Department of information and analytical work, coordination and planning Azat Zarifyanov conducted a planned inspection of the implementation of the state program "the Implementation of anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015 – 2020" Muslyumovsky municipal district of the Republic.
During the audit, the issues of functioning of the Commission on coordination of anti-corruption, the Commission on compliance with the requirements of the official behavior of municipal employees and the settlement of conflicts of interest were considered, the municipal anti-corruption program for 2015 - 2020 was studied, the organization of anti-corruption expertise of draft normative legal acts, as well as compliance of the section "anti-corruption" of the official site of the district with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan of 04.04.2013 № 225 "on approval of the Unified requirements for the placement and content of sections of the official websites of the Executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan in the information and telecommunications network "Internet".
