On March 14, 2018, a meeting of the Public Council of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan was held with the participation of A.G. Galimov, First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The meeting reviewed the review of violations of the legislation on combating corruption in the state bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan and local government in the Republic of Tatarstan, identified in 2017 by the prosecutor's office of the Republic of Tatarstan.

On March 14, 2018 in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan a meeting of the attestation commission of the apparatuses of the justices of the peace of the Republic of Tatarstan was held to conduct the qualification examination of 9 state civil servants of the apparatus of justices of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The qualification exam is conducted to assess the knowledge, skills and abilities (professional level) of a civil servant, following which the commission decides to take an examination and assign a class rank of the civil service, or that a civil servant has not passed the qualification exam.

Based on the results of attestation by the certification committee, it was decided that 9 state employees passed the qualification exam and were recommended to assign them class positions in accordance with the replaced positions

On March 14, 2018, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a seminar-meeting on norm-setting activities of the executive bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan.

First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan A.Galimov delivered a report "Actual issues of legal and anti-corruption expertise of draft normative legal acts developed by executive bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan".

Also during the seminar-meeting were A.B. Grevtsov, head of the Legal Department of the Office of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan, A.R. Valiakhmetov, Head of the Department for Supervision of Legitimacy of Normative Legal Acts of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, Head of the Legal Department of the Office of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan M.B. Sungatullin and other participants.

Within the framework of the seminar-meeting, training was conducted on the issues of anti-corruption expertise of draft normative legal acts and legal and technical design of draft normative legal acts

On March 13, 2018 in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan a meeting of the attestation commission of the apparatus of justices of the peace of the Republic of Tatarstan was held for compliance of the replaced position of the state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Certification of public civil servants is aimed at identifying the professional potential, the degree of readiness and the levels of the ability of a civil servant to perform functional duties. In a practical sense, the main goal of attestation is to determine whether the employee corresponds to the position held.

According to the results of the voting, the Committee approved 7 candidates for the replaced positions of the state civil service, 1 attested for the relevant substitute post and is recommended to be included in the personnel reserve to fill the vacant civil service position in the order of official growth, 1 certified - to the corresponding replaced civil service position subject to the successful receipt of additional vocational education.

From March 12 to 13, a short-term educational module "Prevention of neglect and juvenile delinquency" was held at the Higher School of State and Municipal Management. The target audiences of the program are the responsible secretaries and specialists of the municipal commissions for the affairs of minors and the protection of their rights.

At the training, the students get acquainted with the innovations in the sphere of legislation on the responsibility of parents for the content, upbringing and education of children, they obtained detailed statistics on these kinds of offenses, mastered new methods and forms of rehabilitation work with children, and also prevented suicidal behavior.

On March 13, a board meeting was held with the participation of Deputy Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Committee on the Rule of Law and Order R.G. Nugumanov, Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Mukharryam Ibyatov, Executive Secretary of the Republican Commission for Minors and Protection of Their Rights I. Garifullina and representatives of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan. Problems in the sphere of life and legal protection of children are discussed, which cause serious concern for state bodies and society (the growing number of families and children in socially dangerous situations, social orphan hood, neglect, crime, religious extremism, drug addiction among adolescents and young people

On March 13, 2018, a meeting of the Committee of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on State Construction and Local Self-Government was held.

At the meeting of the Committee, the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On the State Civil Service of the Republic of Tatarstan "was considered to bring it in line with the federal law. The bill provides for the creation and use, on the basis of the decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, of a state information system in the field of public service that must be compatible with the federal information system in the field of public service and comply with unified requirements for the scope and content of information on staffing of state bodies subject to storage, processing and transmission in electronic form.

On March 12, 2018, a meeting of deputies of the State Duma, members of the Federation Council and representatives of the executive authorities on the implementation of federal targeted programs in the Republic of Tatarstan was held on the basis of the Kazan Technical College of Information Technologies and Communication under the chairmanship of the Head of the Parliament of the Republic Farid Mukhametshin.

The meeting was addressed by the First Deputy Minister Aynur Galimov with a report on attracting federal funds to the republican budget within the framework of the working group №5 in 2018

On March 11, 2018 on the basis of the resort city "Sviyazhskiye Hills" for the first time there was a festival on alpine skiing and snowboarding for the "Cup of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan".

Competitions were held in individual and team competitions among men and women among collectives of bodies of state power of the Republic of Tatarstan and authorities of municipal formations of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as teams of enterprises and banks of the republic.

According to the rules of the competition, each team included 4 people - 2 skiers and 2 snowboarders. Competitions were held in the discipline of the parallel slalom-giant. In the finals for the victory fought on 4 best teams, identified in the course of qualification in each group.

The event attracted more than 100 participants.

From 5 to 6 March 2018, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted internships for municipal employees of legal services from Alekseevsky, Buinsky, Nurlatsky municipal districts.

Heads of structural units of the Ministry - curators in the areas of the internship program conducted practical classes on the topics:

- legal and organizational bases for carrying out anti-corruption expertise of municipal normative legal acts and drafts of municipal normative legal acts;
- the implementation by municipalities of the transferred state powers;
- change of borders of municipalities and formation of settlements;
- legal protection of the rights and legitimate interests of municipalities;
- the municipal register of municipal normative legal acts;
- legal issues of personnel work in local government.

At the end of the program a round table was held with discussion of problem issues and exchange of experience.

The Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.I. Zagidullin, the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.I. Ibyatov, the director of the Higher School of State and Municipal Management of the KFU I.A. Privalov participated in program.
