On March 6, 2018, in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan a meeting of the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee for Legal Affairs was held. Session was moderated by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.I. Zagidullin.
The following draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan were approved at the meeting of the Expert Council:
"On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On Organization of Capital Repair of Common Property in Multi-Unit Houses in the Republic of Tatarstan ";
"On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On Objects of Cultural Heritage in the Republic of Tatarstan ";
"On Amending Article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On Ensuring the Conditions for Realizing the Rights of Citizens to Hold Meetings, Meetings, Demonstrations, Processions and Picketing in the Republic of Tatarstan ";
"On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On Empowering Local Governments of Municipal Formations in the Republic of Tatarstan with Separate State Powers in the Sphere of Ensuring Equal Accessibility of Public Transport Services on the Territory of the Republic of Tatarstan for Certain Categories of Citizens
On March 5, 2018, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted the opening of a training program for municipal employees in the Republic of Tatarstan.
With a welcoming speech at the opening of the program were the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan RI Zagidullin, the director of the Higher School of State and Municipal Management of the KFU I.A. Privalov.
With the internship program acquainted the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M. Ibyatov.
The program of a two-day internship presupposes an increase in the professional knowledge of young professionals of legal services of local self-government bodies, as well as further interaction with the structural subdivisions of the ministry in the areas of activity.

On February 28, March 1 and 2, 2018, contests were held to fill vacant positions of the state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan in the apparatus of justices of the peace of the Republic of Tatarstan.
40 contenders participated in the competitions.

Gataullin, Associate Professor of the Department of Law, Institute of Economics, Management and Social Technologies of the Kazan National Technical University, V.A. Gurevich.
On March 3, 2018, employees of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in competitions in cross-country skiing in the Spartakiada of State and Municipal Employees of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Competitions were held in Zelenodolsk on the basis of the "Mayak" sports complex.
The team of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan was represented by A.V. Vorobiev, the head of the department for ensuring the activity of Justices of the Peace, A.A. Bedengov, the head of the department for information and analytical work, coordination and planning, A.V. Nazarova, the head of the organizational and legal support of the magistrates, T.S. Sviridova specialist of the department for the maintenance of the activities of Justices of the Peace.
According to the results of the competitions in the team event, the team of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan took the third place.

On January 27, 2018 in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan by the chairmanship of First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan A.G. Galimov was held a meeting of the working group № 5 on the issue of raising federal budget funds in the economy of the Republic of Tatarstan under state and federal target programs.
The participants of the working group and the invitees informed about the development of financial resources under federal target programs and other receipts.
As a result of the meeting, the members of the working group and the invited were instructed to clear the declared and approved funds from the federal budget to the economy of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2018, and also for 2019-2021
On February 22, 2018, a meeting of chairmen, deputy chairmen of district (city) courts and representatives of justices of the peace was held on the results of work for 2017 with the participation of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, R.N. Minnikhanov, which summarized the results of the past year and discussed plans for the current year.
The event was attended by the Chief Federal Inspector for the Republic of Tatarstan R.Z. Timerzyanov, the Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan I. I. On February 21, 2018, the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, M. M. Ibyatov, held an exit reception of citizens residing in Rybno-Slobodsky municipal district.
During the reception, M.M. Ibyatov considered citizens' appeals on issues of land legislation, provision of housing for orphans, employment, pension accruals, bringing to administrative responsibility for improper use of the land plot and others.

On February 20, 2018, Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.I. Zagidullin took part in the thirty-fifth meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan of the fifth convocation.
During the meeting, the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan presented amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan dated April 6, 2005, №64-LRT "On the Executive Bodies of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan" to the parliamentarians.
The draft law provides for the introduction of state registration in respect of all acts of the Republican executive bodies that are normative in nature, and not only those that affect the rights, freedoms and duties of individuals and citizens, or establish the legal status of organizations or are of an interdepartmental nature, as established by the current version of the law.
In addition, the provisions of the Law have been amended to refer to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan as an executive body of the Republic of Tatarstan authorized to form and maintain a single bank of normative legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan in connection with the recognition of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan dated May 8, 2002 №UP-352 "On a single bank of normative legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan" has become invalid.
