The republican stage of the All-Russian competition "Best municipal practice" is held in the Republic of Tatarstan in three nominations:

"Urban policy, ensuring a favorable environment for the life of the population and the development of housing and communal services";

"Municipal economic policy and management of municipal finance";

"Ensuring effective feedback with residents of municipalities, the development of territorial public self-government and the involvement of citizens in the implementation (participation in implementation) of local government in other forms";

"Strengthening of interethnic peace and harmony, implementation of other measures in the sphere of national policy at the municipal level".

The municipalities, urban and rural settlements that are distributed according to the following categories of participants of the competition have the right to participate in the competition:

I category - city districts and urban settlements;

II category - rural settlements.

According to the nomination "Ensuring effective feedback with residents of municipalities, the development of territorial public self-government and the involvement of citizens in the implementation (participation in implementation) of local government in other forms "application, with accompanying letters signed by the heads of municipalities, indicating the category and category participants of the competition are submitted to the Association "Council of Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan" from May 25 to June 15, in accordance with the Regulation on holding Republic stage of All-Russian competition "The Best Municipal Practices", approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan on 27.05.2017 № 313.

On May 9, 2018, Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.I. Zagidullin took part in the festive events dedicated to the 73rd anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, held in the Chistopol Municipal District of the Republic.

The people gathered at the traditional rally in Chistopol honored the memory of those who died in the Great Patriotic War with a minute of silence and a three-time salvo of machine guns. Then a parade of military equipment began on the central square, festive columns of collectives of enterprises and organizations that went to lay wreaths to the Eternal Flame and the stele of the Pure Pole, the Heroes of the Soviet Union.

The Minister of Justice Rustem Zagidullin congratulated with a landmark event residents and guests of the region, read the congratulatory address of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, R.N. Minnikhanov in connection with the 73rd anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War. Also with a solemn speech were the head of the Chistopol municipal district D.A. Ivanov, Member of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation I.T. Akhmetzyanov, head of the military commissariat department for Chistopol and Chistopol and Novosheshminsky district Andrey Pichushkin, participant of the war Ivan Rykalov.

The festivities continued in Skaryatinsky Garden, where the minister together with the head of the district and invited guests took part in the solemn opening of the corner of the Battle Glory "Defenders of the Fatherland". For participants of the Great Patriotic War and workers of the rear, tables were laid, "Field Kitchen" worked.

Also, the minister and the head of the district visited at home the veteran of the Great Patriotic War, S.I. Arsentyev and handed him the medal "For Valiant Labor." The warm words of gratitude for the peaceful sky overhead, the wishes of good and long years of life were voiced to the veteran.

At the end of the festive events, paying tribute to the memory of the participants of the Great Patriotic War, Rustem Zagidullin together with citizens took part in the All-Russian action "Immortal Regiment".

On May 9, 2018, Deputy Minister N.V. Ragozina and employees of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in solemn events timed to the 73rd anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

The festive events began with the laying of a wreath and flowers to the Eternal Fire in the Victory Park.

Later, Deputy Minister N.V. Ragozina and the Ministry's employees went with photographs of their heroic relatives in the ranks of the Immortal Regiment.

The participants of the march of thousands marched along the route Svoboda Square - Karl Marx st. – Lobachevsky st. – Kremlevskya st. - May Day Square - Millennium Square.

Each participant of the action remembers and honors his veteran, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Their exploits are not forgotten, the memory of them will always be in our hearts!

On May 8, 2018, Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan N.V. Ragozina, Head of the Activity Assurance Department of Justice of the Peace A.V. Vorobyov, Head of the Department of organizational and legal support of Justices of the Peace A.V. Nazarova with the participation of the Deputy Director for Scientific work of the KB RGUP L.A. Gumerova and deputy director for educational work of the KB RGUP A.R. Garifullina, met with third-year students of the law faculty of the Kazan branch of the Russian State University of Justice.

N.V. Ragozina told the students about the work of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic in terms of material and technical support of the magistrates, about the justices of the Peace as a whole, the structure of the magistrate's apparatus, the possibility of finding a magistrate, the specifics of work in court, requirements and much more. The students present expressed interest in visiting the Ministry and the judicial stations of the Justices of the Peace.

At the end of the meeting the speakers wished the students creative approach to mastering their chosen profession, productive student life, active citizenship and success in their studies.

Within the framework of the traditional two-month sanitary cleaning of the territories of cities and regions in the Republic of Tatarstan, on May 5, 2018, employees of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan and judicial sections of the justices of the peace of the republic took an active part in the volunteer clean-up. The territory adjacent to the buildings is cleaned up, the green area is cleared of dry grass and leaves’, and cleaning is carried out in the ministry's premises and in the courtrooms.

On May 7, 2018, in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan for the leadership of Deputy Minister of Justice M.M Ibyatov held a meeting on the introduction of interagency electronic interaction of administrative commissions in Kazan together with the Office of the Federal Bailiff Service in the Republic of Tatarstan, which was attended by representatives Ministry of Informatization and Communication of the Republic of Tatarstan, State Unitary Enterprise "Information Technologies Center of the Republic of Tatarstan", Executive Committee of Kazan.

Representatives of the administrative commission of Kazan and bailiffs informed that the system was launched and is being implemented in a test mode.

On May 7, 2018, in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, contests were held for inclusion in the personnel reserve for the main and leading groups of positions in the apparatus of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.

12 contenders participated in the competitions.

The Bid Evaluation Committee decided to include in the personnel reserve of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan the positions assigned to the main group of posts:

As independent experts at the meeting of the commission took part the adviser of the chairman of the Tatarstan regional branch of the All-Russian public organization "Association of Lawyers of Russia" M.H. Vafin, the veteran of the state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan V.P. Ganchurin, the chairman of the Public Council at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chair of Constitutional and Administrative Law of the Kazan (Privolzhsky) Federal University A.G. Gataullin.

On May 5, 2018, in the city of Nizhnekamsk, on the basis of the sports complex Batyr, a table tennis tournament among the courts of the Republic of Tatarstan was held. The team of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan in the tournament was represented by the head of the department of legal Informatization and computer systems Safin Adel Gabbasovich, the head of the Activity Assurance Department of Justice of the Peace Vorobiev Anton Valerievich and the leading specialist of the Activity Assurance Department of Justice of the Peace Sviridova Tatyana Stanislavovna. The competition was attended by judges and employees of city courts, arbitration and justices of the peace – altogether 15 teams. As a result of the competitions, the Ministry team took the 8th place. The team of the Nizhnekamsk City Court became the winner in the team championship.

On May 5, 2018, employees of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan traditionally supported the nature protection action "Forest planting day" organized by the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan.

17 employees of the Ministry under the leadership of the Minister R.I. Zagidullin took part in the laying of a memorable landing in the forest fund of the Matyushinsky forest district of the State public institution "Prigorodnoye Lesnichestvo".

All present contributed to the multiplication of forest wealth by planting young seedlings of coniferous trees.

The action is carried out with the aim of cultivating a careful attitude to one of the country's main riches - the Russian forest, raising the prestige of the forestry profession, attracting public attention to the problems of conservation, reproduction and augmentation of forest resources.

On April 26 and May 3, 2018, contests were held to fill vacant positions of the state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan in the apparatus of justices of the peace of the Republic of Tatarstan.

27 contenders participated in the competitions.
