On Saturday, 28 September, at the sports day of employees of executive branch agencies and Government authorities in Tatarstan Kazan sports "Bustan" kicked off the tournament on mini-football. Application for participation in it have 32 teams. According to the tournament regulations they are divided into eight groups, with the top two teams from the qualification round will continue the fight in the final part.
