At a seminar on the protection of the interests of the judiciary

19 December in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan was held a seminar on the protection of the interests of the courts with the participation of representatives of the legal services of the ministries and departments of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The seminar addressed the questions on the most current topics, which raises certain practical difficulties.
Participated in the seminar and made a few listeners: the themes of Kazan Federal University:
M. Zagidullin, Associate Professor of environmental law, labor law and civil procedure-"on changes in law and practice";
The Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan: M. Salnikova, the Acting President of the composition is on the theme: "on the practice of the courts of general jurisdiction for the protection of the interests of the Republic of Tatarstan";
The Arbitration Court of the Republic of Tatarstan: R. Shkalikov-head of the analysis and synthesis of litigation-on on the main developments in the jurisprudence of the Court of arbitration of the Republic of Tatarstan in cases to protect the interests of the Republic;
The Ministry of land and property relations of the Republic of Tatarstan: R. Merzakreev-Deputy Minister of land and property relations of the Republic of Tatarstan-on "about court cases involving State cadastral valuation of land in the courts of the Republic of Tatarstan"
In conclusion, the workshop participants expressed the wishes to hold similar events in the future on the most pressing issues arising under the protection of the interests of the courts, taking into account changes in the law.
