Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan announces the start of contest to fill the vacant position of state civil service. The vacant post is: a) the secretary of judicial sitting under the personnel of judge of peace at court district no.1 in Mendeleevskiy district of Tatarstan; b) the secretary of judicial sitting under the personnel of judge of peace at court district no. 4 in Naberezhnye Chelny; c) adviser at personnel of judges of peace at court districts no.3 and no. 6, Privolzhskiy city district, Kazan; d) adviser at personnel of judges of peace at court district no.5, Kirovskiy city district, Kazan; e) adviser at personnel of judges of peace in Sovetskiy city district, Kazan; f) senior specialist of 2nd grade – head of personnel at the personnel of judges of peace at court district no.2, Moskovskiy city district, Kazan; g) senior specialist of 2nd grade – head of personnel at the personnel of judges of peace at court district no.1, Sovetskiy city district, Kazan.

The seminar on “Organization and conduct of anti-corruption expertise for normative legal acts and draft versions of normative legislative acts” was held in the Republican Ministry of Justice on October 22. Its target audience was officials at executive branch bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan who hold responsibility for organization of anti-corruption expertise of normative legal acts and their drafts.

Another extended meeting of the Interagency coordination committee on legislative matters was organized on 20th of October, 2012. It was held in chamber hall of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Within the framework of long-term purpose-oriented program aimed at raising citizens’ awareness and extending juridical help to citizens of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2011 – 2013 time period, inhabitants of rural settlements in Yutazinskiy municipal district were consulted by the group of specialists for providing free juridical help. This meeting was held on 18th of October in Staro-Uryssinskiy and Yutazinskiy rural settlements both of which are part of Yutazinskiy municipal district, Tatarstan.

Yesterday the Republican Minister of Justice Midkhat Kurmanov, Deputy Minister Nadezhda Ragozina together with Mayor of kazan Ilsur Metshin, Chairman of the Republican Supreme Court Ilgiz Gilazov and his colleague representing Vakhitovskiy district court in Kazan Fanis Musin visited the new building for judges of peace at Vakhitovskiy district of Kazan. The office’s address is 2 Korotchenko Street.

On 18th October, 2012 another meeting of Community council under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan was held. It was held by the chairman of Community council A.G. Gataullin. Among the members of Community council, Minister of Justice of Tatarstan Midkhat Kurmanov and Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic S. Stolyarov took part in the meeting.

On 17th October, 2012 seminar was held in a form of meeting in the chamber hall at the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan. The target audience was personnel under republican judges of peace. The meeting was held in video-conference format.

On 17th October, 2012 the contest to fill the vacant position of state civil service as court clerk, consultant, 2nd grade senior specialist – head of personnel for judges of peace in Tatarstan was held.
