The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan announces the start of contest to fill the vacant post of state civil service. The vacant position is leading advisor in the sector for activity provision under the commission for under-age children and protection of their rights.

The judges of peace at Vakhitovskiy district of Kazan together with removed to a new place. They left previous office which was located on 63 Narimanov street and removed to a new place, the address of which is 2 Korotchenko street. In accordance with the directive issued by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan(date of issue 16th July, 2012, no. 1184-r) the work group for making proposals to reduce negative effect from illegal monetary turnover in the economy of Tatarstan was set up. This formation was established to promote legal action against breaches of law. Law infringements include monetary means usage from state coffers and illegal monetary turnover. New structure has to present suggestions for legislative improvements on the matter. The proposed measures are to gradually make away with “informal economy” by strengthening control and expansion of various measures and means to combat illegal unlawful financial operations.

In connection with the alternations relating the qualification requirements for state civil service office Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan cancels a contest to fill the vacant post of leading advisor for the sector of providing activities of the commission responsible for under age affairs and protection of their rights.

In the course of a regular, 33rd meeting of the State Council of Tatarstan, deputy minister of justice of Tatarstan – head of department for organizing interaction with self-government units on legislative matters M.M. On 10th October, 2012 a regular meeting as regards establishment of the “Innopolis” innovation centre on the territory of Verkhneuslonskiy municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan was convened. This meeting was chaired by the Minister of Justice of Tatarstan M. Kurmanov.
