Sessions with employees of the commissions on minors ' Affairs and protection of their rights

The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan has planned a series of training seminars for practitioners of the commissions on minors ' Affairs and protection of their rights. First, the system of prevention of neglect and juvenile crime, took place last week in the Auditorium of the Ministry by videoconference involving all regions of the Republic.
During the training participants in the seminar discussed the topical issues related to the protection of housing and property rights of orphans deprived of parental care, the order of proceedings against adolescents and their parents, to the interaction of the Commission with the bailiffs in the enforcement of administrative penalties and others.
For a presentation on the topic under discussion were invited by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of education of the Republic of Tatarstan, a federal bailiff service of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Republican Commission on minors ' Affairs and protection of their rights, and administrative law of the Kazan Institute of law of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
Speaking at the seminar, Secretary of the Republican Commission on minors ' Affairs and protection of their rights of listeners informed Garifullina I.Kh. realization of the Republican strategy of action for children for the years 2017-2013, approved by the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan in February 2013.
Seminar led by the Deputy Minister of Justice, head of the Department of organization of interaction with local self-government bodies, legal M.M. Ibatov.
