Departure to Chistopol municipal district

April 11, 2013 year specialists of the Department of organization of interaction with local self-government bodies of Legal Affairs of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan left for Chistopol municipal district with the aim of providing legal and technical assistance to local government municipal district.
The team was headed by the Deputy Minister of Justice, head of the Department of organization of interaction with local self-government bodies of Legal Affairs of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, M.M. Ibatov.
Within the framework of the provision of methodological and legal assistance in conjunction with the Watch region hosted a meeting with the heads of the settlements in the district, where M.V. Ibatov spoke about the changes in the law on local self-government, about need for normative legal acts adopted for the formation of the municipal register of normative legal acts, and also responded to questions raised by the heads of the settlements. In particular, questions related to capture, transport, accounting, content unsupervised animals, imposition of administrative fines for failure to ensure the readiness of the forces and funds for emergencies.
Having left the area, the experts of the Ministry of Justice in place of the discussed issues related to the maintenance of the register of normative legal acts, and also studied the work of the Administrative Commission of the district.
After meeting with the heads of the settlements, the Deputy Minister M.M.. Ibatov held a personal reception, during which the population answered the questions of citizens relating to housing, land and others.
