The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan discussed financial and economic support to the project of the social code of the Republic of Tatarstan

April 24, 2013 onwards under the leadership of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M. Kurmanova held a meeting to discuss the financial and economic feasibility to the project of the social code of the Republic of Tatarstan. In connection with the entry into force of the Federal law on fundamentals of protection of the health of citizens in the Russian Federation "will require the allocation of additional funds from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan in part of a balanced diet for pregnant women and nursing mothers; provide citizens with drugs for the treatment of diseases included in the list of life-and chronic progressive rare (orphan) diseases, resulting in a life expectancy and disability, as well as the provision of health care; drug supply citizens with socially significant diseases.
Discussion on the financial-economic justification, it was decided to apply to the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan on the identification of sources of financing of the additional costs of the above activities and further work on the draft of the social code of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the Procurator's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of health of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan.
