Results of all-Russian Day of legal assistance to children

Within the framework of the World children’s day on 20th of November 2017, the All-Russian Day of legal assistance to children is held annually on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In municipalities and urban districts, lectures and seminars took place on questions of the implementation of the rights of children and their protection, the legal aspects of custody and child-parent relations, measures to provide free legal assistance to persons belonging to the following target groups: orphans, children left without parental care, persons from the number of orphans and children left without parental care, persons wishing to take care of a child left without parental care for their family, adoptive parents, children with disabilities and also their equestrian representatives.

There were 69 consulting points in the country, in which more than a thousand people were able to obtain qualified legal assistance.

More than 68 thousand schoolchildren took part in the lessons of legal education.

On 21st of November 2017 in the Kazan in the SBE "House of friendship of people of Tatarstan" took place an event on providing free legal assistance to this target group.

At the event took part representatives of the Office of the Federal service for execution of punishments in the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal bailiff service in the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of labor, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of education and science of the Republic Tatarstan, civil registry office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, Advocate and Notary chamber of theRepublic of Tatarstan, the Department of education and the guardianship body and trusteeship of the Executive committee of Kazan.
