On April 12, 2018, a work meeting was held at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan by the leadership of Aynur Galimov, First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, on measures to prevent and resolve conflicts of interests in organizations subordinate to state authorities and local self-government.

As a result of the discussion, a decision was adopted on the need to finalize the drafts and recommendations drafted by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Association of the Council of Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, which provide for measures to prevent and resolve conflicts of interests in the Republic of Tatarstan organizations, the founders of which are bodies of state power and local self-government, taking into account the proposals of the meeting participants.
