Work trip to the Kama judicial districts of the justices of the peace
On 11 and 12 April 2018, under the chairmanship of the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, N.V. Ragozina, negotiations were held with the staff of the Justices of the Peace offices in Aznakaevsky, Almetyevsky, Bavlinsky, Bugulminsky, Leninogorsk and Yutazinsky judicial districts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The meetings were attended by the head of the Activity Assurance Department of Justice of the Peace A. Vorobyov, the head of the Department of organizational and legal support of Justices of the Peace A. Nazarova, the chairmen of the district (city) courts, the Justices of the Peace of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Within the framework of the meetings, topical issues of optimizing the costs for mailings, the active use of the Single Interdepartmental Electronic Document Management System, the logistics of the Justices of the Peace activities, the introduction of digital IP telephony, as well as the compliance with security requirements in judicial areas were discussed.
For achievement of high indicators in office activity N.V. Ragozina handed over letters of thanks of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan to the most distinguished employees and the certificate of the state civil servant of the Republic of Tatarstan newly appointed employees of the justices of the peace.
