Meeting on the interaction of the administrative commission of Kazan with the bailiff service
On November 29th, 2018, a regular meeting with representatives of the administrative commission of Kazan city and the bailiff service was held under the leadership of Deputy Minister of Justice Ibyatov M.M for the purpose of executing the order № ПК-3 of 24.10.2018 of the Collegium the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Head of the Office of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Republic of Tatarstan Zakirov A.F., Head of the Executive Production Department of the Office of the Federal Bailiff Service of Republic of Tatarstan Ibyatullin A.R., Heads of the District Offices of the bailiff service in Kazan city, as well as Head of the Department for organizing the activities of the administrative commissions of the Executive Committee of Kazan city Mukhametshin A.R. and Head of Department for the organizing simplified process available for the consideration work of administrative files of the Department for organizing the activities of the administrative commissions of the Executive Committee of Kazan city Shaynurov A.M.
The reasons for reduced financial penalties by Bailiff Service were discussed, cooperative activities on further work on execution of penalty at the administrative level were outlined.
