To a great extent, the flawless execution of the laws, defend human rights and freedoms, a balance between the interests of the individual and the State, refining the legal culture of society depend on the lawyers. The legal profession requires the greater commitment, the perverse sense of duty, the highest ethical standards, the civil liability.
