Exit reception in the Cheremshansky municipal area

The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan continues work on performance of actions of the Long-term target program on legal education of the population and rendering of a legal aid to citizens in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2011-2013.

On July 19, 2012 in the territory of the Cheremshansky municipal area in Starokadeevsky and Cheremshansky rural settlements the next exit reception of information consulting group of experts in rendering of a free legal aid to inhabitants of rural settlements took place.

Members of the information consulting group created from specialists of 12 ministries and departments, including with participation of the expert from the Ministry of transport and a road economy of RT invited at the desire of heads of rural settlements of the area, rendered legal aid to 87 inhabitants of the area.

The most part of questions of citizens was within the competence of the Ministry of Labour, employment and social protection (14), Management of the Pension Fund of Russia on RT (12), the notary (10), the Ministry of construction, architecture and housing and communal services (9), the Ministry of transport and a road economy (8), the Ministries of the ground and property relations (8), Council of municipalities (5).

The part of questions of reception consisted of addresses of heads of rural settlements and officials of local governments which were connected with execution of functions by them.

Together with specialists of information consulting group the deputy head of the Cheremshansky municipal area took part in a reception of citizens and officials of rural settlements M.T.Batyrshina.

At a meeting with the head of the Cheremshansky area N.N.Khamidullin specialists of the branch ministries which were carrying out reception of the population, discussed results of reception and exchanged opinions concerning efficiency of rendering of legal aid to rural dwellers in the form of exit reception. The head of the area expressed gratitude to specialists of information consulting group and heads of the ministries and the departments, directed the employees to the area for rendering of legal aid to inhabitants of the village. As the head of the area remote from the center of Tatarstan, N.N.Khamidullin emphasized importance of a free legal aid for rural citizens and possibility to solve the private matters, without distracting from the main work and harvesting.

Along with specialists of information consulting group to the area the specialist of Department in the interaction organization with local governments on legal questions of the Ministry of Justice of RT of Yu.R.Gazizullin for the purpose of studying of the organization of carrying out anti-corruption examination of municipal regulatory legal acts and their projects and check of activity of the administrative commission of the area left.
