About an increase of number of world judges in Republic Tatarstan

Yesterday, on September, 11th, 2012, under the legislative initiative of the State Advice of Republic Tatarstan at Plenary session of State Duma FS of the Russian Federation the project of the federal law « About modification in article of 1 Federal law « About the general number of world judges and quantity of judicial sites in subjects of the Russian Federation » (about an increase of number of world judges in Republic Tatarstan) has been considered.

With the report at session the representative of the State Advice of Republic Tatarstan, Minister of Justice of Republic Tatarstan of M.M.Kurmanov has acted.

Modification is directed to the above-stated federal law on providing of access of citizens to justice, as well as duly and qualitative departure of justice, on alignment of a load on world judges in Republic Tatarstan by an increase of number of world judges and, accordingly, quantities of judicial sites on six units, i.e. with 182 up to 188.

The bill is accepted in the first reading.
