During the thirty second session of the State Advice of Republic Tatarstan deputies in the second reading have approved the bill « About rendering a free legal aid to citizens in Republic Tatarstan » which adjusts the attitudes connected with maintenance in territory of republic of the right of citizens of the Russian Federation on reception of a free qualified legal aid, stipulated by a federal law. In the bill types of a free legal aid are stipulated.
Minister of Justice РТ of M.M.Kurmanov has presented a bill of Republic Tatarstan at session of State Advice RT.
« About modification in the Law of Republic Tatarstan « About maintenance of protection of the housing rights of citizens », directed on an establishment of the procedure of the municipal housing control over Republic Tatarstan and the order of interoperability of body of the state housing supervision of Republic Tatarstan with bodies of the municipal housing control over realization of the municipal housing control.
According to a part of 2 articles 20 Housing codes of the Russian Federation republican state housing supervision is carried out by way of, established by the Cabinet of Republic Tatarstan, in view of requirements to the organization and carrying out of the state housing supervision, established by the Government of the Russian Federation.
According to the draft federal law «On Amendments to the Federal Law «On Insolvency (Bankruptcy) », a new mechanism for the sale of debtors' only residences during bankruptcy proceedings is planned.
The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan participated in a job fair for law graduates. Leniza Galeeva, Leading counsellor of the staff department and government service, held consultations for approximately 40 interested students.
A meeting was held at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan to discuss the implementation of the automated information system «Kodeks» by the republic's public authorities. The meeting was chaired by Deputy Minister Mukharryam Ibyatov.
