On realization of legislative enactments within the Complex Republican Anti-Corruption Program for 2012 – 2014 time period in Drozhzhanovskiy District of the Republic of Tatarstan

On September, 12 info-analytical, coordination and planning branch (it is part of the Ministry’s structure) employees held an exit check concerning execution the current status for legislative enactments as part of Complex Republican Anti-Corruption Program for 2012 – 2014 time period in Drozhzhanovskiy District of Tatarstan. The inspectors were studying the matters of organization and functioning of commission to counter corruption which is subordinate to head of the district, commission for observing requirements as for municipal civil servants code of conduct at office and settling down conflicts of interest, problems related to organization and carrying out anti-corruption expertise of municipal normative legally-binding acts (and their draft versions) in the district under review, as well as pace of realization for other measures under the republican program with legal reference for self-government units responsible for their realization down to the smallest details.

In the course of carrying-out this check recently appointed to the post of district’s deputy head A. Khasanov has been provided with consultative help as for matters of realization concerning anti-corruption measures.

As a result of the check the meeting was held with participation of head of personnel under the District Council E. Akhmetov and those responsible for putting into effect anti-corruption measures within the district.

In the process of the meeting the team of inspectors has recorded sufficient and rapid reaction of self-government institutions in Drozhzhanovskiy District concerning changes in legislation covering an area of counter-corruption. For instance, district’s municipal anti-corruption program was amended with modifications being part of normative legislative base: Federal Law (November, 21, 2011, no. 329) “On modification of the separate legislative acts of the Russian Federation in connection with improvements in state management in counter-corruption area”; Enactment by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan (August, 17, 2012, no. 713) “On modification of Complex Republican Anti-Corruption Program for 2012 – 2014 time period” that was ratified in declaration issued by the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan (August,18, 2011, no. 687) “On ratification of Complex Republican Anti-Corruption Program for 2012 – 2014 time period”.

Final certificate as a result of the check organized containing suggestions to improve actions to tackle corruption is planned to be sent to the head of Drozhzhanovskiy municipal district. It is expected to provide district’s officials with further guidelines to ensure efficient work in the future.
