On enlarged session of the Inter-Department Coordinating Committee on Legal Matters

September, 14 conference-hall of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan saw an enlarged session of the Inter-Department Coordinating Committee on Legal Matters.
According to an instruction by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N. Minnikhanov the question of building multi-storey houses on lots for individual house-building has been discussed.
About the conclusions by supervision operation branch for Privolzhskiy District under the HQ of the Russian Federation EMERCOM in the Republic of Tatarstan for multi-storey houses builders on territories designated for individual building it was reported in the speech delivered by Deputy Head for HQ of the Russian Federation EMERCOM in the Republic of Tatarstan – operational surveillance management board head S.V. Sergeyev.
Deputy Minister of ecology and natural resources of Tatarstan A.E. Kalaida spoke about the situation with certificates about absence of ecological norms’ faults during the building of the above houses issued by “Geotechnologies Ltd” (OOO “Geotekhnologii”).
Also an issue concerning a set of problems in cadastre appraisal of lots in the Republic of Tatarstan was addressed by the following subjects: management of the Ministry for building and architecture of Tatarstan, Inspection of state building surveillance unit, Ministry of land property relations of Tatarstan, Ministry of economics of Tatarstan, Federal service board for state registration, cadastre and cartography in Tatarstan, Republican cadastre centre “Land” (“Zemlya’).
Taking into account complexity of the issue and necessity for its further modification, it was decided to continue further discussions on the matter in another format with drawing field specialists for detailed consultations and involving First Deputy, chairman of the committee R.F. Mouratov.
Among other issues analyzed at the session of the Committee were two bills: draft version of federal law “Amending separate legally-binding acts of the Russian Federation” aimed at eliminating flaws in housing legislation and the project of republican law “On presenting conditions for realization of citizens’ rights to hold meetings and demonstrations in the Republic of Tatarstan”.
As a result of the readings the 1st law in draft is suggested for modification and the second bill was passed taking into account necessity for making final slight technical, juridical betterments and editorial modifications.
Calendar spring has officially entered into its own rights, however, the streets and roads of Tatarstan cities are still covered with significant snow cover. Due to the continuing winter conditions, the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with the Ministry of emergency situations, remind car owners of the need to comply with the rules of operation of vehicles in the cold season.
On the air of the TV channel «Rossiya 1. Tatarstan», deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Mukharryam Ibyatov spoke about the Federal law on the general principles of organizing local self-government in a unified system of public authority. According to Mukharryam Ibyatov, the implementation of this law is a priority task for all municipalities of the republic.
The State Duma has passed a law granting combat veterans, including participants in their military operations, the right to additional leave. The Federation Council also approved this document at its plenary session.
The annual Spartakiad of civil servants in 2026 has started in Tatarstan. The first stage of the competition was the traditional ski race, which took place last weekend at the ski and biathlon complex in Mirny village .
