Day of providing the population of the Republic of Tatarstan with juridical help: results

It is 21st September, 2012 in the Republic of Tatarstan when the Day of free juridical help was held. The event was organized by the Tatarstan regional branch under the Association of Russian Lawyers and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan. The affair was dedicated for the International Day of the Elderly People.

As part of  tradition this event was organized within the framework of the All-Russia initiative of putting into practice Day of free juridical help. An occasion was supported by the Association of Russian Lawyers. Overall, 185 notaries, 181 advocates, 99 representatives of the Prosecutor’s Office together with personnel and management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, Constitutional Court of the Republic of Tatarstan and Russian Ministry of Justice Board in Tatarstan took part in this event.

In every municipal district of the republic temporary service centers of the Tatarstan regional branch under the Association of Russian Lawyers were organized, extending free juridical help to population in cities like Kazan, Naberezhnyye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk. Also, Reception-Office of the President of Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan (address: 12 Kremlyovskaya street, Kazan), Regional “United Russia” (“Edinaya Rossiya”) political party chairman’s reception-office (address: 31/7 Carl Marx Street, Kazan) were operating.

According to statistics such events are very popular and useful for the inhabitants of Tatarstan. In the course of the reception 466 citizens got juridical help. The majority of those consulted lie in the category of “socially unprotected ones”, in particular 278 of those are pensioners, 33 are unemployed, 43 people are budgetary workers and 112 have another job.

The citizens addressed the following queries to free juridical help centers: 128 with issues related to property inheritance, for 61 problems of social guarantees and supplies mattered, 32 went for consultations on alimonies recovery and 23 about money recovery, 8 came to clarify on right for dwelling right realization, 36 had questions on labour right application and 17 – on family legislative base, 22 sought advice as regards dealings regulation and 41 for land property relations. Issues concerning trusteeship, guardianship, property rights protection and many other ones were raised and dealt with.
