“People’s Fisherman” works in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan

September 21 – September 22 saw the final 4th leg of the All-Russia festival “People’s Fishing – 2012”. Deputy Head of the branch for providing operation of Judges of Peace under the Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan, Anton Vorobyev, not only took part in this event but came out a bronze-medal-winner as a result.
This festival which is comprised of several rounds began in February. The previous three legs took part in Moscow, Astrakhan and Samara regions respectively. The last but not least round was held in Tatarstan. It gathered more than 180 amateur fishermen from many regions of Russia – Tatarstan, Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Samara, Orenburg, Ulyanovsk, Sverdlovsk and Nizhny Novgorod regions.
According to the organizers of festival, the final leg in Tatarstan proved to be the most representative and interesting to watch. There were 7 nominations to distinguish nominees, and “People’s Fisherman” is the most prestigious one. The nominee in this field was presented with “Niva” automobile. And for the prizewinners boat (without engine) and boat engine were granted. To name other nominations of the event, they are: “The most venerable participant”, “The youngest participant”, “The most beautiful and attractive”, “the best fish-soup”, “For will for winning”.
According to the draft federal law «On Amendments to the Federal Law «On Insolvency (Bankruptcy) », a new mechanism for the sale of debtors' only residences during bankruptcy proceedings is planned.
The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan participated in a job fair for law graduates. Leniza Galeeva, Leading counsellor of the staff department and government service, held consultations for approximately 40 interested students.
A meeting was held at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan to discuss the implementation of the automated information system «Kodeks» by the republic's public authorities. The meeting was chaired by Deputy Minister Mukharryam Ibyatov.
