Providing self-government units of the Apastovskiy municipal district with legal and methodical help

On this day the staff of the Department for organizing interaction with self-government bodies on legal matters under the Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan visited Apastovskiy municipal district of Tatarstan with an aim to provide self-government units of the district with legal and methodical help.
In the course of the event the staff of the Department notified about the latest novelties in legislation concerning local self-government. Problematic topics that stem in the process of competence realization for self-government bodies of municipal district and its adjacent settlements were studied. This cluster of queries was raised by head of juridical department under the Council of Apastovskiy municipal district.
Taking into account an earlier analysis of separate operation directions of self-government bodies the Department staff have shared with their recommendations, in particular, on organizing functioning of the district’s administrative commission, carrying out anti-corruption expertise of municipal normative acts and their drafts, deployment of needed measures to ensure precaution and combating religious extremism in Tatarstan.
Special attention was paid to accepting a set of special measures in order to implement clauses from the Federal Law, adopted November, 21, 2011, no.329 “About modifying separate legislative acts of the Russian Federation as a result of betterments of state management in the field of tackling corruption”.
Together with civil servants representing local self-government bodies of the district the guidelines for further innovations on the above tracks were agreed upon.
According to the draft federal law «On Amendments to the Federal Law «On Insolvency (Bankruptcy) », a new mechanism for the sale of debtors' only residences during bankruptcy proceedings is planned.
The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan participated in a job fair for law graduates. Leniza Galeeva, Leading counsellor of the staff department and government service, held consultations for approximately 40 interested students.
A meeting was held at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan to discuss the implementation of the automated information system «Kodeks» by the republic's public authorities. The meeting was chaired by Deputy Minister Mukharryam Ibyatov.
