Extending juridical and methodological help to Mamadyshskiy municipal district’s self-government bodies

On 27th September, 2012 specialists representing the following units: department for interaction with self-government units on legislative matters, unified data bank’s on branch for normative legislative acts of the Republic of Tatarstan, info-analytical work, coordination and planning unit under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, municipal formations Council of the Republic of Tatarstan made for Mamadyshskiy municipal district in order to provide self-government units of the district with legislative and methodological help. The leadership of Mamadyshskiy municipal district organized the meeting between visiting specialists and management of the district’s rural settlements. In the course of this event an information about the latest changes in legislation as regards self-government institutions, matters concerning realization of legislation in freedom of consciousness and religious unions to ensure anti-extremism and anti-terrorism measures, anti-corruption legislation have been presented and outlined.
In the course of the meeting both representatives of the Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan and the Council for municipal formations answered the questions posed by the management of rural settlements, mainly on competence realization matters. Also consultative help was provided on register supervision as for municipal normative legislative acts, issues related to Republican complex program for 2012 – 2014 realization in the context of self-government legislation.
It is necessary to add that as part of events dedicated to the International Day of the Elderly local citizens were received by chief of analytical and normative-methodical Department R.U. Garipov and deputy chief of juridical branch under the Council for municipal formations A.R. Sagitov.
Field meeting was held taking into account the results of those events organized, further ways of enhancing work efficiency have been outlined. Deputy head of Mamadyshskiy district Yu. I. Ivanov took part in this meeting.

According to Mukharryam Ibyatov, the implementation of this law is a priority task for all municipalities of the republic.

The State Duma has passed a law granting combat veterans, including participants in their military operations, the right to additional leave. The Federation Council also approved this document at its plenary session.
The annual Spartakiad of civil servants in 2026 has started in Tatarstan. The first stage of the competition was the traditional ski race, which took place last weekend at the ski and biathlon complex in Mirny village .
