Checks related to realization of measures related to Complex republican anti-corruption program for 2012 – 2014 time period

On 25th September, 2012 staff at info-analysis, coordination and planning unit under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan exercised a check in Registry Office Board under the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan to find out level of measures realization as for Complex republican anti-corruption program for 2012 – 2014 time period in compliance with checks schedule asserted by Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M. Kurmanov.
In the course of the check the following matters had been scrutinized: a) issues of organizational nature related to Anti-corruption commission under Registry Office Board under the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan; b) functional matters as for Commission for observing requirements related to civil servants’ behaviour at office and settling conflicts of interest; c) questions as regards organization and execution of anti-corruption expertise for departmental normative legislative acts; d) problems in other areas(e.g. stages reached for other measures within the program, with executive branch bodies responsible for realization).
As a result of the check a meeting was held with deputy chief of the Department Khafizov B.T.
In the course of that meeting good coverage in “Anti-corruption struggle” on official Department’s web-site has been recorded.
Final document outlining results of the check contains proposals for further enhancement at work for struggle with corruption and will be directed to Department to serve as a guidebook in Department’s further activities.

According to the draft federal law «On Amendments to the Federal Law «On Insolvency (Bankruptcy) », a new mechanism for the sale of debtors' only residences during bankruptcy proceedings is planned.
The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan participated in a job fair for law graduates. Leniza Galeeva, Leading counsellor of the staff department and government service, held consultations for approximately 40 interested students.
A meeting was held at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan to discuss the implementation of the automated information system «Kodeks» by the republic's public authorities. The meeting was chaired by Deputy Minister Mukharryam Ibyatov.
