About conduct of the meeting

On 1st October, 2012 the meeting to figure out operation activities as for state budgetary institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Temporary detention center for foreign citizens and people without citizenship who are subject to deportation or administrative exile out of the Russian Federation” (then – Center) was organized in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan. Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan is also constitutor of the Center.

The task of the center is to detent foreign citizens and people without citizenship (according to court rulings) who are subject to deportation or exile and it is set to start operating since 1st January, 2013.

Representatives from the Ministry for Building and Architecture of Tatarstan, Ministry for Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, Federal Migration Service Board in Tatarstan, “Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt”, “Main investment-building board of the Republic of Tatarstan”, “SMU -2”, “International business center” took part in the event.

Matters related to establishment’s financing, building’s renovation, organization of Center’s operation and the necessity of Center Charter’s establishment sooner rather than later – everything has been thoroughly discussed.

As a result of reviewed questions’ discussion participants came up to a decision to approve Charter of the Center until October, 6 in compliance with legislative norms of the Republic of Tatarstan.
