Today working day of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M. Kurmanov started with a visit to Tatarstan Radio. There he was aired at program dedicated for the International Day of the Elderly. As usual this program which goes in “New day” section and is usually organized in a dialogue form by its host journalist Razin Nurullin pulled serious attention on the part of its listeners. And it all occurred notwithstanding the fact this program was aired early in the morning at around 7 8 AM.
Midkhat Kurmanov having congratulated the elder audience with the International Day of the Elderly reminded clauses of both Russian and Tatarstan Constitutions. Also he touched upon normative acts as regards status, legislative and social security for the elderly in Russia and Tatarstan. Special attention was also paid to such efficient citizens` service media as free juridical help extension. The audience took very proactive approach towards ministers interesting speech and the minister was literary overwhelmed with questions in the long run. As should have been expected, certainly, questions, related to such burning issues as payments for living and communal services in the wake of drastic tariff growth, directing addressed help towards the elderly, living conditions improvement, living houses and cottages privatization and some other ones.
“I have always been content with such level of activity, - outlined head of the ministry in the end. This means that people read laws, make references to different directives, decisions. I have always been saying that the more literary are the people in juridical sense the better and more efficient every official has to work as a result. And it is because they cannot simply overlook or ignore an issue adequate action in response delivered by them comes as a must”.
According to the draft federal law «On Amendments to the Federal Law «On Insolvency (Bankruptcy) », a new mechanism for the sale of debtors' only residences during bankruptcy proceedings is planned.
The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan participated in a job fair for law graduates. Leniza Galeeva, Leading counsellor of the staff department and government service, held consultations for approximately 40 interested students.
A meeting was held at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan to discuss the implementation of the automated information system «Kodeks» by the republic's public authorities. The meeting was chaired by Deputy Minister Mukharryam Ibyatov.
