Meeting of the 12th Working group was held in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan

On 4th October, 2012 meeting of the 12th working group on drawing federal budget means into the Tatarstan’s economy. The meeting was chaired by head of this working group, deputy of the Russian State Duma M.M. Galimardanov.

Both representatives of the republican ministries and territorial federal executive branch bodies that are part of federal target programs realization on the territory of Tatarstan took part in this event.

In the course of the meeting the following items have been highlighted:

a) pace of realization and financial investments as regards federal programs; issues related to development of the means assigned within the federal budget in 2012 and also as for bids formation for 2013 and for middle-term tasks;

b) points of order regarding members of the 12th Working group with the Ministry of Economics of Tatarstan and with the Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan;

c) preliminary results to outline the activity of target programs monitors who are part of the 12th Working group (data for 1st October, 2012).

As a result of the meeting convened the following decision has been agreed upon: members of the above working group are to submit their proposals on objects which are situated on the Kamskiy territorial innovative production cluster –it concerns those objects that are calling for capital investments. It should be done in order to include these objects into financial allocation process within subsequent federal programs. The strict 2-week-long term is set.

Another meeting of this working group is scheduled for the final quarter of 2012.
