Providing self-government bodies of Nurlatskiy municipal district with legal and methodical help

Staff of the Department for interaction organization with self-government bodies on legal matters under the Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan together with the specialists of Council for municipal formations of Tatarstan held a meeting with Nurlatskiy district self-government bodies’ officials with an aim to exercise legal and methodical support towards municipal formations.
Participants of the meeting touched upon main “stumbling blocks” that stem in the process of municipal district’s self-government bodies competence realization at the “round table”. Head of the Nurlatskiy municipal district N.Sh. Sharapov and chief of the executive committee of Nurlatskiy municipal district Kh. Sadykov took part in the discussion.
Taking into account the previously held study of separate areas of activity as regards self-government unit important recommendations were voiced. In particular they concerned such areas as activity organization of the region’s administrative commission, anti-corruption expertise of municipal normative legal acts and their draft versions, ensuring the necessary measures to prevent and combat religious extremism in the Republic of Tatarstan.
It was recommended to place on special record an issue concerning the measures to put into effect the clauses of the Federal Law “On modifications into separate legislative acts of the Russian Federation in connection with state governance improvement in anti-corruption sphere” (no. 329, passed 21st November, 2011).
In the course of this event the Department’s officials informed the audience about the latest novelties in self-governance legislation and on subsequent matters that stem from legislative application as well.
All questions posed have been thoroughly answered. Ways of further progress towards the above issues have been “paved” together with self-government have been “paved”.
