About the meeting of inter-department coordination committee on legal matters

This day saw the meeting of inter-department coordination committee on legal matters. It was held in the conference-hall of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan. 5 issues have been raised in a meeting. They are as follows:

a) on suggestions by an inter-department commission as regards examination of the issues that are connected with state cadastre appraisal and its results for real estate objects in the Republic of Tatarstan. This area also covers the activities by Executive committee of Kazan to achieve balance between cadastre and market cost of land lots in Kazan;

b) on evaluating the activities of ministries and departments in Tatarstan with problem-solving activities as regards finding a balance between cadastre and market cost of lots of land which is designated as part of their competences. Deputy Minister of economics of the Republic of Tatarstan M.D. Sharifullin expanded at this problem. As a result of his report it was recommended for interdepartment commission to continue its operations on a weekly basis. That should be done in order to enhance decision-making relating cost appraisal for land lots in the city of Kazan;

c) proposal to set up expert group to evaluate cost of lots of land in the Republic of Tatarstan. This initiative has failed because the necessary materials have not been provided. In the course of this event the Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan was instructed to strengthen control as for decision carry-out (it includes actions taken by both the Committee and First Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan R.F. Muratov who is also at the committee’s helmet;

d) Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M. Kurmanov spoke on material preparation as regards an appellation on the ruling taken by the Arbitration Court;

e) among others, a few draft versions of laws were reviewed:

1) Draft version of the law of the Republic of Tatarstan “On amending the Articles 3&4 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan “On register for municipal normative legislative acts of the Republic of Tatarstan”.

2) Draft version of the law of the Republic of Tatarstan “On amending the Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan “On physical education and sport”.

Both of the law drafts have been approved and recommended for inclusion into the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.
