In a meeting under the State Council of the Republic of Tatartsan

In the course of a regular, 33rd meeting of the State Council of Tatarstan, deputy minister of justice of Tatarstan – head of department for organizing interaction with self-government units on legislative matters M.M. Ibyatov presented a number of law acts of the Republic of Tatarstan. They are as follows:
“On modifying an annex for the law of the Republic of Tatarstan “On borders of court districts for judges of peace in Tatarstan in Nizhnekamskiy district and the city of Nizhnekamsk in Tatarstan”
“On providing conditions for citizens to put into effect their right for assembly, holding meetings and demonstrations in the Republic of Tatarstan”.
The latter law act is intended for realization of the set of requirements established within the framework of the federal law “On meetings, assemblies and demonstrations” (adopted 19th June, 2004, no. 54). It has a list of several reference norms.
As a result of voting procedure the above draft versions of law acts have cast the majority of votes. They turned into bills in the first reading.
The Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan has a helpline for receiving reports of corruption. Citizens can contact the Ministry, the State low bureau of the Republic and the offices of magistrates of Tatarstan with information about corruption.
The Ministry of justice of Tatarstan reminds that the republic has expanded the opportunities for citizens to receive free legal assistance. The «Legal assistance» service has been launched in the mobile application «Map of a resident of the Republic of Tatarstan», which makes legal advice more accessible to all categories of the population.
The Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan reminds residents of the republic about the possibility of submitting procedural documents to magistrates through the Unified portal of state and municipal services of the Russian Federation.
