Providing self-government units of Elabuzhskiy municipal district with legislative and methodical help

On 11th October, 2012 staff at the Department for organizing interaction with self-government units on legislative matters together with the representatives of the unified bank containing normative legislative acts of the Republic of Tatarstan under the republican Ministry of Justice and the members of the Russian federation Ministry of Justice Board in the Republic of Tatarstan have made a visit to Tatarstan’s Elabuzhskiy municipal district in order to extend legislative and methodical help for self-government units of the municipal district.

A conference in a form of seminar was organized by the district’s management. It was organized by deputy head of Elabuzhskiy municipal district Z.Kh. Sungatullina with participation of Council service branches and district’s executive committee managers and specialists. As a result of the meeting the organizers informed locals on legislative novelties as regards self-government institutions and about those problems that stem in the process of adoption and registration of law acts that amend the charters of municipal formations.

In the course of the meeting all the topical issues relating competence realization by self-government units have been discussed. Consultative help as for the areas covering municipal control exercise, development and adoption of municipal formations improvement and many other ones has been professionally extended.
