Attestation results for members of personnel in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan

On 17th October, 2012 an attestation for state civil servants at Ministry’s personnel on their conformity with occupied position was held in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan. As a result of candidates’ appraisal with documents confirming their education, civil service activities, realization of labour process the following representatives of the staff are recognized as suitable for occupying their current positions:
Sergey A. Brusov – chief of administration at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan;
Elmira M. Averyanova – head of the united normative legislative acts department;
Alexander A. Podtelkov – head of the department for legislative support and self-government unit supervision;
Rauf U. Podtelkov – head of the department for analytical and normative-methodical operations;
Elena S. Guseva – deputy chief of financial sector.
It should be noted that the process of attestation is held on the basis of meritocracy. Definite conditions and requirements as for the occupied position are applied.
M. Vafin, V. Ganchurin and V. Gurevich took part in the attestation commission’s meeting as independent experts.

The Ministry of justice of Tatarstan reminds that the republic has expanded the opportunities for citizens to receive free legal assistance. The «Legal assistance» service has been launched in the mobile application «Map of a resident of the Republic of Tatarstan», which makes legal advice more accessible to all categories of the population.
The Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan reminds residents of the republic about the possibility of submitting procedural documents to magistrates through the Unified portal of state and municipal services of the Russian Federation.
