An issue of border change for some municipal formations in the Republic of Tatarstan discussed in a meeting

On 18th October, 2012 an issue of border change for some municipal formations in the Republic of Tatarstan discussed in the meeting. The meeting was chaired by the Minister of Justice of Tatarstan Midkhat Kurmanov. The following questions were discussed: a) about extension of borders as regards municipal formation “the city of Zelenodol’sk”; b) problem of possession as regards multi-storey buildings of “Naychnyi gorodok” property complex; c) border change possibility for Vysokogorskiy municipal district and municipal formation of Kazan. The following lines will outline the participants of the meeting: a) representatives of Personnel under the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan; b) Personnel under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan; c)Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Tatarstan; d) Federal service for state registration, cadastre and cartography board in Tatartsan; e) Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan; f)Ministry of building and architecture in Tatartsan; g) Ministry of land and property relations of Tatarstan; h) State housing inspection of Tatarstan; i) Committee for land and property relations in Kazan; j) Architecture and city-building board in Kazan; k) self-government units from Vysokogorskiy and Zelenodol’skiy municipal districts; l) JSC “Republican cadastre centre Zemlya”.

In the course of the meeting issues of organizational and legislative nature were discussed. Also “road map” containing a number of to-dos to further put into effect borders extension for Zelenodol’sk city and addressing feedback from multi-storey buildings’ inhabitants from “Naychnyi gorodok” property complex was drafted.
