Field meetings in Yutazinskiy municipal district of Tatarstan

Within the framework of long-term purpose-oriented program aimed at raising citizens’ awareness and extending juridical help to citizens of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2011 – 2013 time period, inhabitants of rural settlements in Yutazinskiy municipal district were consulted by the group of specialists for providing free juridical help. This meeting was held on 18th of October in Staro-Uryssinskiy and Yutazinskiy rural settlements both of which are part of Yutazinskiy municipal district, Tatarstan.
In the course of reception 48 citizens were provided with free juridical help by the consultative group members. The group was formed out of 9 specialists from different ministries, agencies, Advocate and Notary Chambers of Tatarstan.
Overall, the majority of questions that were raised by rural citizens fell into the competence of the Ministry of Healthcare. In particular there were 8 questions as regards this sphere – e.g. issues related to re-examination in medical-social examination units; Magnetic Resonance Imaging examination; eye surgery and some other ones. There were 7 questions addressed to the Ministry of building, architecture and housing services – on engineering services, water towers repair. Also the same number of questions was addressed to the Ministry of land and property relations of Tatarstan. The most topical issues in that case were privatization of land lots, share lands registration, construction tax, etc.
The representative of tax service attended six persons: tax rate on estate, tax relief connected with transport tax; tax relief for pensioners as regards tax rate on estate; social payments to begin study for children and some other points were the things the locals wanted to get a clearer picture on.
And here is the list of queries addressed to employees at Russian Pension fund’s branch in Tatarstan: on the size of pension; superannuation benefits for pedagogues and health workers; federal subsidies for multiple-child families, compensations for Great Patriotic War participants and other points.
Advocate and notary officer both served 4 persons. The citizens outlined such problems as compensations for moral damage; registering the right of ownership as for land lot; loan amortization mechanism; registering gift agreement; bequeathal, endowment, letter of attorney and some other points.
The most active part of population during the event was public sector workers. Fifteen pensioners and three persons with disabilities asked specialists of field group for help. Six workers used the services offered by specialists from different ministries and agencies. Requests from heads of rural settlements and public servants in self-government units were an important portion of questions that dealt mainly with performance of duties.
Head of social protection department under Ministry of labor, employment and social protection in Yutazinskiy district K.M. Valeev took part in the above event alongside with specialists of consultative group.
