Seminar with executive branch bodies officials who are responsible for anti-corruption expertise realization

The seminar on “Organization and conduct of anti-corruption expertise for normative legal acts and draft versions of normative legislative acts” was held in the Republican Ministry of Justice on October 22. Its target audience was officials at executive branch bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan who hold responsibility for organization of anti-corruption expertise of normative legal acts and their drafts.

Representatives of the Board on anti-corruption policy issues under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Republican Prosecutor’s Office, Board of the Russian Ministry of Justice in the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the seminar.

Issues of public prosecutions implementation in the sphere of realization of competences to carry out anti-corruption expertise of legal acts and their drafts, practice of anti-corruption expertise realization of the specified acts by juridical bodies of the Russian Federation, work organization to hold independent anti-corruption expertise of normative legal acts and their draft versions, drawbacks in the process of administration of legislation on anti-corruption expertise as regards normative legal acts and their draft versions, and also other issues that call for urgent solution in the sphere were debated down to details on the forum.
