Dear colleagues! Dear friends! Congratulations on the day of the Constitution of the Republic of Tatarstan official website!
20 years ago, the Republic's Parliament, backed by the will of the people, reflect the results of the referendum, 1992, adopted the Constitution of Tatarstan.
All these years the Constitution has been, and remains, a reliable guarantor of citizens ' rights and freedoms, our State within the Russian Federation, socio-political stability in society, harmonious and efficient work of all branches of power.
And today, as 20 years ago, our common task is to, in accordance with the Basic Law of the Republic, to continue to further the momentum of Tatarstan to prosperity and well-being.

Civil peace and harmony always were and will be the strategic policy priorities of the Republic of Tatarstan.
