Lecture at the Kazan State Academy of veterinary medicine

Stolyarov held an open lecture at Kazan State Academy of veterinary medicine on the legislative work of the Council of State of the Republic of Tatarstan ". During the lecture, S. Stolyarov told students the Academy not only on the legislative work of Parliament, but also the history of parliamentarianism, accepting Constitution of Tatarstan, its significance in the life of every citizen of our country.
