At a meeting of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Affairs

November 9, 2012 in the meeting room of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan the enlarged session of interdepartmental coordination Committee on Legal Affairs.
The meeting dealt with three questions.
On the first question, on the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan "on approval of methodological recommendations to prevent and combat illegal construction of block of flats in the private residential development" reported to the Deputy Minister of construction, architecture and housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan A.s. Akhmetshin. During the discussion, the decision to finalize this document.
On measures for the collection of land taxes and on participation in the litigation challenging the cadastral valuation of land within the boundaries of the settlement, Zelenodolsk municipal area Committee members informed the head of the settlement, Zelenodolsk municipal district S.l. Batin. The information was noted.
On the third question, about jurisprudence in cases of disputes on establishment of cadastral value of land of their market value, as well as disputing the legality of the construction of apartment buildings on land intended for individual housing construction, was made by the head of the analysis and synthesis of the jurisprudence of the Court of arbitration of the Republic of Tatarstan K.p. Andreev. Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan Council recommended to bring this information to the heads of municipalities.
